Chapter 0.2

Emily's P.O.V.

'After that horrible dream I don't think I can get up' I say to myself.

"Oh little miss that wasn't a dream," I hear a man's voice above me and I realize I'm laying on his lap so I quickly get up. My face then gets hot from embarrassment.

"Oh you were sleeping and I didn't wanna wake you then you just got comfortable," he said as if this was super normal to him.

"What's your name anyways?" I say and by the look on his face I offended him.

"For your information it's Gunner," he said holding a hand to his chest with the other holding a TV remote.

I roll my eyes and walk upstairs to my room. I only know where my room is because it's the only door full of decorations and banner's saying "Welcome Home" and "Emily's Room". I continue to open the door and see a beautiful room with Forest Green walls and sheets with flowers all over them. "It feels like a garden in here," I say aloud to myself. I find a note on the bed that says "close the door and turn off the lights. "Closed door?... Check. Lights off?" I turn off the lights. "Check." Once the room fades from all of it's light I see that on the walls are glow in the dark decals. They fill the room with it's glow. I figure it was Kenzie's idea since she knows I used to be afraid of the dark. And don't tell anyone... but I still am*whispers*. 

"Do you like it?" says yet another unfamiliar but quiet and manly voice, different from the one from earlier. He turns on the lights so I can see him and I think that his name was... Tyler?

"I love it, was it McKenzie's idea?" I ask knowing for a fact that it was Kenzie.

"No actually, it was mine," he says blushing a little bit.

"Oh?" I say giggling being quite surprised but thankful. "Thank you so much." I say and give him a hug then run off to the kitchen for snacks. But.. before I do, "You coming?"

"Oh yeah sure," he says and follows me downstairs.

"Good morning!" says a hyper McKenzie who is making everybody breakfast.

"Ooh breakfast, I'm hungry," I say to her.

"This?" she says pointing to the meal she is making, "Is not for you, this is more me." 

Well, I guess I was wrong once again.

"Can I have some?" says a starving Gunner.

"No I already said it's for me!" she says as he is still whining.

"House meeting," says a loud speaker that apparently goes through the whole house.

Everybody stops what they are doing and sits in the living room.

"Ok fist order of this meeting," says a man in a suit, he has golden hair and he's tall. "We need to address the elephant in the room."

"Jake I said no using phrases like that, they... are... stupid....!" says a brown haired guy with visible muscles but they aren't drool worthy. "Jake, you... are... stupid!" he says slowly like he did before.

"Am not! Anyways Emily, please stand up and present yourself to the group."

I stand up, walk over to Jake and face the group. I just stand there, eyes wide, and I don't say a single word, then I say, almost in a whisper, "Hi I'm Emily."

"I'm sowy, what wath that?" says Gunner with his mouth full of the food on Kenzie's plate.

"GUNNER!?!?" says a now angry McKenzie.
