The 19 year old girl yawned and finished feeding the last of the hamsters in the pet shop she worked at in London, England. It had been a long day and she walked out of the shop, eager to arrive home and make a cup of tea before bed. She casually walked down the street, noticing an old police public call box. She stepped forward to examine it, no one else in the area. A man clad in a tan trench coat, about the same height as her, stepped out of the box. She turned to him, slightly confused on how she had never noticed this box here before when she took the same route each day to walk to her apartment. Before she had a chance to speak, the stranger spoke, "Hello. 2014, yes? Brilliant." THe man looked around for another moment, before his hazel eyes, green with oranges and reds dancing in the inner circle, met her confused blue ones. "Im sorry, wha-" she spoke, only to be interupted as his eyes widened and he ushered her into the box as she uttered a suprised squeak. "Hey, whats all this about!" She turned to face him, facing the door, her eyes slightly widened, yet burning with curiosity. "Uh, no time for introductions really, but I'm the Doctor, this is the TARDIS, tortoises do in fact say oink, and, we are both in trouble at the moment." He ran past her and she opened her mouth to question him before abrupty shutting it again, her eyes silently traveling across the room that was bigger on the inside. A soft sigh parted from her lips and she sat on the ground silently. The Doctor stopped his busy hustling for a moment to look down at her.
"Are...are you alright?"
"Yep."
"You arent asking questions. Thats new."
Looking up at him, she sarcastically rolled her eyes. "Great. So you pick up random people like this often?....and anyways, no worries, im just....saving my questions for later.."
"No, its just that I-....I am running out of time. Good idea, questions later."
