THE HUNT

Rainy Day Bluez (CH.1)

The pitter-patter of rain hit my window as I stared down at my songbook trying to find insparation, while waiting on my Bestfriend Renae to pull up in the driveway so we could go take a walk around town. Renae was a very attractive girl she had brown hair with red on the bottom that flowed to her sholders, glasses that were black and looked like nerd glasses (but they fit her perfectly), not tall but shortish, her Necklace was a silver doctor who telephone box with a small British flag charm. 

Her cars headlights flashed in my eyes as I looked back up from my songbook trying not to be blinded by her  catolac convertable's lights, I slung my bookbag over my sholders and made my way out of my room and down the stairs. "Senath, Renae's here!! I love you!"  "Love you too Josie! is ur phone fully charged?" "Yes!" i shouted back and closed the door on my way out.  I had a hood on my hoodie (hence the name hoodie) I like the rain and don't mind getting rained on once in a while. In fact I want my first kiss in the rain while taking a walk around town, or at the park on the swings, or even in a small forest in the rain.(i really like the rain ok! geez!)  

"HEY HAZZAH!" Renae greeted me as I enterd her car. I put a small smile on my face to cover up my thoughts and saddness like I usually do. "Hey SHANAENAE!"  I responded happily trying to shove my thoughts away, I really was excited to see Renae shes like my other sister!  "So where do you want to start our walk?" she asked me as we pulled out of my driveway. "Hmmm... how about the mall?" I said this because i didnt know exactly where to go, i didnt want to get to soaked, and maybe we could find our soulmates.  "Sounds good to me, did you bring any money?" she asked "Yes i did, did you? If not i can get us something there." I said with a smile. She thanked me for offering but replied "Its okay i brought money just in case"  we high-fived just as we pulled into the mall parking lot, I could tell Renae knew that a big reason why I wanted to come here was to try and find our soulmate. "Josie, stop worrying about him when you need him most he'll show up God has a plan for you and for me, loosen up maybe we'll find him here today maybe we won't for all we know our soulmates could be in a diffrent country, or a familuar face." I looked down at my lap then back at her "I'm sorry... I- I'm just tired of waiting for him and feeling all alone, I know i have you guys, a loving family and God and I know God's love is all il ever need but being human and a "woman" i have that feeling that I need someone to say he'll never leave and mean it, Imean doesnt it bug you that someone out there is ment for you! and u havent met them yet!" Renae looked a little upset because she's felt this way before i know this because we've briefly talked about these things before. "Y-yes.." she spoke softly.

When we got in the mall we stopped in Claire's, and some music stores, we both bought a few  One Direction tanktop's, and stopped in the food court to grab a bite, but for me a bite was more like an extra meal  inbetween lunch and supper. Renae just got some fries and a chocolate milkshake. while we were in the mall we "ran into" a few guys but none of them were "the one" just some nice guys who liked flirting with random chicks at the mall hoping to find "her" in fact thats exactly what i told them when our necklaces weren't the same. After I yelled at them they shut their fat mouths up turned bright red and left a few minutes before Renae and I.
