Ambrosia's P.O.V

I aggressively pulled the blankets over my head praying that I didn't have to get out of bed this morning because it felt like my day to relax.

"Amber!!wake up!"I heard my older brother from the other side of the door.

But of course I didn't get the chance to stay in bed because it was my first day of senior year and I totally forgot about it I blame it on my soft bed and comfortable duvet.

"Aitte I'm coming" I replied as I pulled back the duvets back over my head

"OK then I won't cook"

"Fine! I'm up! I'm up!"I  shouted

I moved in with my older twin brothers since my mom passed away a month ago and my dad left when I was just about knee hight.

I spent every Summer and Christmas with Jaden and Aiden and I know they're wonderful cooks. Well to me they're the best.

I took a quick glance around my room knowing that I still had alot of unpacking to do.

I released a huge sigh while walking over to my full body mirror. I looked at my unpleasant body and tried to run my hand through my knotted hair only to have it stuck halfway,I eventually gave up and went to the bathroom to do my womanly stuff.

I walked out of the bathroom leaving a trail of water behind me with a towel wrapped around my body and another one around my head.

After drying I rummaged through my walk in closet then finally settled with something that looked suitable which reminds me to go shopping as soon as I'm done with unpacking.

I quickly through on a black converse skinny ripped jeans a blue v neck blouse that looked a bit too deep but eeh....and a leather jacket. I grabbed my curling iron and did a few big curls in my hair then pulled back the side a little and held it with a bow.

I did a little make up,which I hated,but for my first day I needed to atleast look presentable. Some mascara will do and some lip gloss to give my self a natural look.

I grabbed my backpack and ran down stairs meeting with a mouth watering smell from Jaiden's delicious cooking.

I took a seat around the island and watch my brother share my food and seconds later here came Aiden rushing down with his shirt over his shoulder.

I rolled my eyes at his childish act because if the whole world didn't know how not to be a morning person, my brother could teach them and there will be no doubt that they'll pass.

"Can't you NOT show me what u look like under your shirt" I said putting more emphasis on the word 'not'

"You know I'm sexy" he said with wiggling eyebrows and his disgusting smirk

"Ewwww!!!....not...I'm your sister damn it and wats with the dancing eyebrows?"said with annoyance clear in my tone

"Oh quit it you two, it's raspberry pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon" in sync Aiden and I smiled

"Can you put your shirt now? We're going to ea"

"Whatever....now share me some of mom's recipe" suddenly a painful silence swallowed the kitchen whole

Tears welds up In my eyes but I kept them in,mom begged me to stay strong for all of us. I tried to lighten the mood quickly

"Yeah what he said!" We all then smiled

     After breakfast we grabbed our bags then separated into two diffrent cars. I choose to ride with Aiden today. As I sat in the car a pout crept it's way unto my lips

"How comes I don't have a car?"

"Don't worry baby sis" I gave him a death glare

"Don't call me that in public" I then saw a devious smirk on his face which made me mentally smack myself for saying that because I knew he was gonna do exactly that

     Thankfully the ride was quite short,we pulled into a massive school which made me rethink the cost of the fees,without knowing the words slipped out of my mouth

"Hey Aid who pays our fees?"I asked while staring in awe at this heaven before my eyes

"And this you don't worry about either just be thankful"

"Oh I'm thankful alright and nervous too"

"Oh don't be you have us"

     I answered with a breathy "ok" and stepped out of the car as soon as it was parked.
     Then again,the magnificent sight of the school made me rethink my attire. I then convince myself that my attire was to stay in the shadows but as in all teenage movies I watched,there is no such thing as staying in the shadows when your the new commer.

Hey loves!! What do you think of my book? It's a bit short but I promise that the others will be longer
I actually have two books on wattpad  read it its titled "the memory"  sadly there is no more than three chapters  but I'll continue it on this account
