Christmas with the king family

Theos pov:
It's December 18th and I just received a text from Ellie asking me "if I would like to join her and her family at their cabins in the woods for Christmas."
I reply " I would love to. My parents are going to London for Christmas to visit my grandma. So I have no plans. When do we leave?"
After a couple she reply's " yes I'm so excited for you to finally meet my family. They won't stop bugging me to meet you.Anyways we were going to go up the 23rd and stay until New Years."
" sounds good. Where is the cabin?
Ellie replied " it's in the private area that my parents own up in the woods. It's about a 4 hour drive. We can drive together so I can show you how to get there."
I send her " ok well I'm going to go start packing. Our we going to do a gift Exchange at the cabin?"
Ellie texted back " yes we are my mom is already at the store hunting for a gift for you. As soon as she heard you were coming she literally giggled and ran out the door saying she has to get the perfect gift for you"
I texted her " aw she's so sweet. I'm going to get her a bracelet. Does she like those? And I can't wait for you to see your gifts I got you!"
Ellie sent " she loves bracelets your so sweet. What did you say gifts as in more than one? Now I feel bad that I only got you one gift."
I send her " yes I got a few gifts for you. Don't feel bad the only gift I could need is just hanging out with you!"
She replied " your the best boyfriend ever. I love you!"
I text " I love you too! Well I will see you soon. Bye love"
She replied " I can't wait for the 23rd. Love you bye"

After texting Ellie I call my pa and tell her to clear my schedule from the 23rd to the 14 th of January when that is cleared I go to tiffany's to get Ellie's moms bracelet.
Then to the Rolex store to pick up watch for Ellie's dad.
once I get the gifts I go home and place them in my suit case. I'm so excited for Ellie to see her gifts.
(Skipping until the 23rd)
It's the morning of the 23rd and I'm on my way to Ellie's house to pick her up. She's already our side waiting for me. I get out and take her suit case and put it in the trunk of my Bentley. Once we get back into the car.she leans over and kisses me. I kiss her back while I kiss her I feel her smile on my lips. She pulls away and say" good morning love."
I say "good morning in deed"and raise my eyebrow hinting to the kiss we just shared. She laughs lightly and slaps my chest.
She then tells me the directions and off we go. The 4 hour car drive seemed to go by fast. When we arrive i pull into the gravel and park the car. Just after me and Ellie get out off the car a black suv pulls up and a mysterious boy gets out of the car and runs to Ellie. Ellie is shocked and says " Steven " and jumps into his open arms. Im so confused right now. Who is this guy? Just as I am about to ask Ellie turns to me and says " Theo meet Steven  my brother. He has been in France for the last 2 years studying abroad."
I say " oh that makes since now. Hey man nice to meet you " I say to Steven . Steven  let's Ellie out of his hug and comes over to me to give me a bro hug. Than Ellie's parents walk to us and hug her. Than they walk to me. Ellie's mom said " Theo were so happy to finally meet you. Ellie can not stop talking about you!" I replied " I'm so glad to finally meet you as well. Thank you so much for inviting me up here." I say. Ellie's mom hugs me and tells me that her name is Charlotte. Then her dad gives me a quick hand Shake and tells me his name is Mark.  After the introductions we take our suitcases and head into the cabin. Ellie shows me too our room. Inside our room their are two queen beds, a window looking out into the woods, and a bathroom connected. We unpack and head down Stairs to go eat lunch with her family. We talked about Ellie and how she was as a child. Also about our relationship. We had a fire and drank hot chocolate. After a long fun filled day everyone retires to our beds.
In the morning we go down stairs and eat breakfast. Ellie's family has a tradition of going into the woods and picking out a Christmas tree. So we all went out and went tree hunting. " how about this one " Ellie says pointing to a pine tree that's about 8 feet tall.
" that looks perfect" mark says everyone agrees with him. Steven , mark and me all help to chop it down. We drag it back to the cabin and all help to decorate it. I lift Ellie up so she can put the star on the top. Once the tree is all decorated we all step back to look at it.
Ellie and Charlotte start making dinner for tonight. While they do this me and her dad and brother have a some bonding time.we talk about sports and how our businesses are going. After 1 an hour or 2 Charlotte announces dinner is ready. When we go into the dinning room We are greeted by a huge feast. After we are done eating we go into town a buy peppermint mochas and go walking down the little town streets and look at the decorated houses. On our way back to the cabin it starts to snow. Ellie squeals and jumps up and down saying " oh my gosh it snowing it snowing it's snowing. This is the best Christmas Eve ever" she say while lifting her out our to let snow pile up on it.
After a while of being in the snow Charlie comes out and tells us to come inside so we don't get sick. We say good night and head up to our room. Once we are in our room Ellie hops into my bed and says" want to cuddle and watch cheesy Christmas movies"
I laugh and say " of course"
After watching 1 and a half hallmark Christmas movies Ellie falls asleep on my chest. I sigh and cuddle into her and go to sleep.
We are woken up by mark barging into our room shouting " you better be dressed".
We laugh and say " we're descent"
Next thing we know we hear a phone take a picture of us.mark yells " you guys are so cute" while running out of our room and runs down stairs. We get up and go down stair to eat a special Christmas breakfast which was peppermint crepes and cream cheese danishes. When done eating we head into the living room and gather around the tree. We start to open gifts I give Charlotte her bracelet and she jumps up and kisses my cheek and says she loves the bracelet and thanks me. Then Mark opens up his watch and says thanks so much son. They gave me a white polo button up shirt and some golf clubs From Mark wants to take me golfing some time. Now it's time for me and Ellie to exchange. Ellie gave me a collection of cologne. I thanked her.
She said" I know it's not much but I know you love this cologne. Plus I love it as well it smells so good" she says
I say " I love it thanks babe. Now time for your gifts"
I hand her a box with a a charm bracelet Followed by her beret and Paris tickets

Ellie is in tears and comes over to me speaking through her tears " babe oh my gosh thank you so much" she said while kissing my face. While her parents and brother are all looking at her like she's crazy. " mom, dad , mark I'm going to Paris" Ellie says while smiling and sniffing because of crying.
"Oh dear that has been your life dream since you were 5 I'm so excited for you. Theo thank you so much for making our baby girl happy" said Charlotte.
" of course she means the world to me." Little did they know I'm going to propose in Paris.
" when do we leave" Ellie asks
" on the 2nd of January and we are there for 2 weeks" I tell her.
She just jumps and Down again leaping into my lap sighing  into me her excitement still through the roof. I'm so deeply in love with this girl
