I woke up and leaned over to the end table grabbing my phone seeing if I had any messages from work and shit most of them were nothing except one from my boss
-Hey your meeting your new partner today be at the office early-
Ive never been put with a partner before because I didn't need one I was perfectly capable of getting the shut down on my own. (later) I rushed into my bosses office slamming the door behind me "what in the hell werebyiu thinking" I yelled and he slowly turned around "relax this is a serious mission and your not going in alone and that's the end of it" my boss said back to me "that's bullshit when have I ever not been able to care of anything on my own?!" I kept yelling
Y/n POV
You walked down the long hallway which felt like it was going on for forever I reached an office with the door closed grabbed ahold of the cold doorknob and started turning it when you herd yelling but you decided you were here for a reason so you opened it and walked in there were two men your boss and you were assuming another assassin arguing about partners then you shut the door and eyes went on you. "uh hi" you kind of whispered your boss quickly walked over to you and shook your hand "I'm so glad you made it" he said the other man tall and slim stood by the desk just glaring at you then he started walking towards you two "if u need me I'll be dead somewere" he said brushing against you out the door "Merkel wait, " he turned still looking at me then his boss "this is your partner in crime" he laughed "she's a girl so don't get your hopes up" he also stated.
"are u shiting me?" he questioned "nope now u two have a day together to get to know echother so use it" your boss said before scootching you two out if his office you were both standing in the hallway in silence before he spoke "don't think your gonna be better then me cause it ain't gonna happen OK ok" you just looked at him "understood?" he spoke again you swallowed hard "excuse me Merkel but for you information I don't have to try to be better than you when I already am and second of all don't treat me like a dog with this 'understand' shit OK, ok" you spoke he got wide eyed and u started walking down before u herd heavy footsteps behind you "sorry I won't treat you like a dog, I didn't mean to make the kitten hiss" you didn't understand what he was going with but you rolled your eyes facing him and pushing him against the wall and purring in his ear "don't ever call me your kitten again because I do not belong to you but if u want me to be your kitten just ask" you said grabbing his crotch then let go continuing walking down the hallway
Merkels POV
She continued walking down the hallway it's not my fault I didn't want or need a partner but also the fact she didn't like to listen this is going to be great I caught up to her down the hallway after she pushed me against wall "hey sorry, I'm sorry if I come off as an asshole I mean in general I am but not to my partners or friends I just didn't need one" I said she breathed heavily "I'm sorry to I was transferred here I didn't want a partner I like being a Lone Wolf but hey as long as I am getting paid fuck it" I laughed she wasn't bad either and she doesn't have a bad looking as either she looked back at me a smiled. "Merkel I forgot to tell you I don't read pike minds but sometimes if your mind is empty enough I can hear what you thinking in my head" she said "and thanks for the compliment, I'm not just a badass I'm a badass with a good ass" she said winking at me "hey I never caught your name" I said "well it's y/n" she said "well I don't think it's gonna be that bad working with you but we have a long day ahead of us before the mission including training" I said

"it shouldn't be bad at all! " you said to the beautiful tall man behind you while lightly punching him in the arm as we both laughed "yeah we do have a full day and plenty more so let's get to it" I added
