I woke up early and headed out for a walk to get some fresh air. I past Hagrid and he said,
"Morning Hermione. Will we be seeing you later?"
"Yes, Hagrid. Would it be alright I bring something?" I asked.
"Of course, more the merrier. You know that we love food." Hagrid said.
I nodded and headed out. I wanted to go to the Burrow and use Molly's kitchen. I was excited to spend some time with her family. Hopefully I will get to see the boys today. I want to see how they look as kids. I disapperated away and landed right in front of the Burrow.
"Hermione dear, it's great to see you." Molly said opening the door.
"I was wondering if I could use your kitchen to make some stuff for tonight." I asked.
"Of course. You are always welcomed here. Do you know that it's at the Potter's Manor?" Molly asked.
"Yeah, Albus told me last night. I wanted to make something for after the meeting. I know that you bring a few things for everyone and I thought I would bring something too. I mean we all work so hard and then deal with this ridiculous war." I said.
"You are so generous dearie. You have already helped enough and now you want to help by feeding everyone. That is so sweet." Molly said.
"MUM!!!!" A voice screamed from the stairs.
I looked to Molly and she said,
"What?"
Here came a little boy. He gave me a smile and said,
"Mum, Percy go ahold of my little dragon that dad got me." He held up the small dragon stuffed animal. "He ripped off the tail. Do you think you can fix it?" He asked holding it up. You could see the stuffing coming out of the bottom.
Molly took the dragon to look at it. She sighed and said,
"Oh Charlie, I can see what I can do but you know that I am not good at fixing stuffed animals."
I could not believe I was looking at the future Dragon tamer. He was so cute, and she could see that he had a love for dragons at a young age. He was about five years old.
"I know how to fix it." I spoke up.
Molly looked at me and Charlie spoke up and asked,
"Could you?"
I nodded and walked over to Molly. I took out my wand and started to summon all the stuffing that was missing and then I told her to hold the tail and the body close together. I then casted a different spell in hope it would work.
Right then the dragon stuffed animal was fixed. You could see the smile on Charlie's face. He ran up to me and gave me a big hug. I hugged him back and handed him his dragon.
"Thank you for that. That stuffed animal means everything for him." Molly said with a smile.
"No problem. I always love to help. I learned that spell from a family friend. She was like a second mum to me." I explained.
I just smiled to myself knowing that I was talking about Molly to Molly. I found those moments very entertaining.
"Well, you are going to have to teach me that spell. I swear those three kids are always breaking their toys." Molly said.
We continued cooking and I looked at the time and saw Arthur came home and greeted his family. I loved how he always gave Molly a kiss on the forehead and headed to say hello to his children. It was a family goal to have.
"Hermione, how are you?" Arthur asked.
"I'm good. I am excited to see what this meeting is. I know that Albus wants me to talk. I have a few things that we need to discuss." I shared.
"Well, this is interesting. Could we get a little hint on what you are going to be talking about?" Arthur asked.
I shook my head and then looked at the clock. I sighed and asked,
"Molly do you think you could bring my dish with yours? I want it to cook for a little longer."
"Of course, dear. I would do that for you. Since you helped me out with Charlie." Molly said.
I went back to Hogwarts and came up to Albus office. I smiled at him and asked,
"You wanted to see me before the meeting?"
"Yes, I want you to go on a quick little mission for me. I was told that there is death eaters hanging around the little town near the Potter's Manor. I want you and someone else to go. I trust you on who to go with you." Albus explained to me.
I nodded and went to use his floo network. I knew exactly who to ask. I landed in a small flat. I looked around and saw Fabian coming down the hall. He gave me a look of shock. I smiled to him and said,
"I should have asked if you didn't mind me coming over."
"It's alright. I'm not doing anything. What do you need?" He asked.
"Do you want to help me with a mission that Albus put me on. He said that I can get someone to come along." I explained.
He nodded, and we headed out. We landed in the small village. I looked around and saw that it was quiet for the afternoon. I looked to Fabian and said,
"Albus said that there are a few Death Eaters hanging around here hoping to catch one of the Potters."
He nodded, and we walked up and down the streets. Right then I saw in the shadows someone following us. I turned around to see that it was a familiar face. I sighed and went to follow them as they turned down the alley. I was really fearing this moment.
