Chapter 6: A Love Spark

They all went to Dakotas' house to talk about what was going on, Touka, Kane, Hiroshi, Zumo, Xan, Elora, Tala, Yukio, Nuira, and Dakota were all sitting down in one large circle 

"So care to explain what's going on and why the village was destroyed?" Nuria asked looking at each one of them.

"Well the village was attack by some Gore Magalas which caused the damage, but I have no clue why the Nightmare knights attacked Touka," Zumo answered.

"I just wanted to know where Yukio was because after we tried hunting one of the Gores but failed and Yukio followed Touka after he was injured so I assumed the she knew where he was, apparently I was right and he has been here the whole time," Xan added.

"Sorry sir," Yukio apologized.

"That sort of answered my question but how come you couldn't kill a Gore Magala? The monster isn't hard to kill," Nuria asked

"It was different, It knew our next attack before we did it, we could barely touch the thing," Tala said.

"Hmm, interesting, that just means it will be more fun to blow it up!" Nuria yelled excited. Everyone stared at her confused and a bit scared.

"Anyway, we should track the Gore Magalas down and slay them to prevent any further damage to other villages," Dakota proclaimed "We should all ready our supplies and weapons , it might be a long quest,"

Everyone nodded in agreement,

"We should rest after words, and travel in the morning," Touka announced.

Everyone nodded again and left the circle to prepare for the quest. They packed until the sky started to darken. The time came for them to rest, the boys stayed downstairs while the girls went upstairs. While the girls were in the room Touka felt very uncomfortable sleeping in the same room with other girls, she just stayed quiet while the others removed there armor. 

"All right, we are going to have a fun night," Nuria announced

"Huh? what are you talking about?" Tala asked confused.

"We aren't going to sleep for a while, we are going to do some fun stuff!" Nuria yelled

"Then what are we going to do?" Elora asked.

"We are going to do some darkness training, grab your weapon and lets go outside," Nuria announced.

"Don't we have to put our armor back on?" Tala asked

"Nope, no armor, just your weapon," Nruia proclaimed.

Elora and Tala looked at each other and shrugged, all there of them grabbed their weapons and in there sleepwear walked downstairs and quietly walked outside. Touka stayed in the room very confused. She walked to the balcony and looked outside and found them in the open area standing in a tringle with weapons out facing each other. Touka watched as Tata charged at Nuria with her Longsword. She would watch as the weapons clashed and the sparks flew. Touka the noticed the moon, she stared at it for a little when she heard a knock on the door.

"Its open," Touka told him.

The door opened and Yukio walked through.

"Yukio? is something wrong?" Touka asked as she stared at him.

"No, nothing is wrong, I just heard all the noise and I didn't want to walk outside if it was a monster, so I decided to come up here," Yukio said as he walked into the room and shut the door. Touka looked back at the moon as Yukio stood next to her watching the girls train with their weapons.

"Well, its just them," Touka said as she started to watch them.

"Why aren't they wearing armor?" Yukio asked confused.

"Nuria wanted them to train with no armor on, why? I don't know," Touka answered.

"She's a strange person," Yukio said.

Touka nodded as she looked back at the moon. The two stayed quiet for a while just staring at the moon.

"I never thanked you for saving my life," Yukio said breaking the silence.

"N....no problem, no need to thank me," Touka nervously said with a blush.

"I really mean it Touka, I hope I can repay you," Yukio said facing her.

"No no, there's no need for that," She said shyly.

"Yes there is, you saved me, I will repay you somehow," Yukio said looking Touka in the eyes as he placed his hands on her shoulders.

This caused Toukas face to explode with redness as there faces were close and eyes stareing at each other. Suddenly Nuria burst through the door with Tala and Elora behind her which caused Touka and Yukio eyes to look at the door.

"Ah what a workout, I'm beat," Nuria announced

"Can I just go to bed?" Tala asked tiredly

"Uh Touka, why is Yukio up here?" Elora asked noticing them.

Touka and Yukio didn't say anything.

"Oh great, don't tell me you two kissed or something," Nuria said which caused Touka and Yukio to quickly separate.

"Nope, nothing at all," Yukio and Touka said at the same time.

"Good, because feeling are just a waste of time," Nuria said as she laid down on a blanket she place down.

"A waste of time?" Elora asked

"Yep, love ends which leads to heartbreak," Nuria said as she then turned away from them and started to fall asleep.

Everyone was quiet for a moment.

"Well I better leave now, you should all get some rest," Yukio said as her left the room.

Elora and Tala placed down their blankets and they both fell asleep. Touka stayed awake for a little while longer staring at the moon.
