  it was silent the rest of the way we soon had to stop once more.

"we should be there tomorrow around noon.' jeff said.

i once again climbed into a tree and sat there. tears made there way into my eyes but they didnt pour. why did he hate me? thats all i wanted to know... i dont believe him i couldnt...

Ticci Tobys Pov

why did she think i hated her? i couldnt she was too beautiful. i know i was love struck. ill admit it. and yes i got jealous when masky picked her up, but that fact she thinks i hate hate her it kills me inside.

i wonder what she is if shes human or if shes slenders daughter. maybe shes just a proxy. who knows. i wonder if zalgo even knows shes here, most likely.

im going to protect her to my last day. 

                                                                                                                  the next day

she looked tired like she hadnt gotten any sleep at all. i hated that fact she couldnt sleep.  i picked her up bridal style. she didnt reject. infact she snuggled closer into my chest. if someone had removed my mask i would have been smileing i couldnt help it she was just to adorable. god  i sounded like a love struck creep.

Scarletts pov.

god i was so tired. toby must have noticed because he picked me up bridal style i was grateful to have him. i didnt reject his offer i just snuggled closer to him and  drifted off to sleep.

i awoke in a bed. i slowly got up out of the bed my phone still in my back pocket im glad i had my ear phones. i put them in and sleeping with sirens with ears to see and eyes to hear came on.

i loved this song.

so i sang along with it for a while until someone opened the door. i could hear it but i geuss they didnt know if i did cause my bed was facing the door. i was looking out the window. i think it was jeff to check up on me. but it wasnt a white and black arm wrapped around me.

JACK!

i quickly turned to see my clown. i quickly smiled.

"JACK!  i missed you sooo much! why didnt you ever vist me?"

"hey Scar. i missed you to, and Zalgo banned Slender and i both from visting you." he said.

i hugged him. he might be a demonic clown but he was still my family.

"whos room is this jack?'

"tobys"    i frowned slightly and sighed.

"okay can i  go see slenderman?"

jack nodded and lead me to slenders room i smiled. what if he didnt remember me? what if he was going to rid of  me? i doubt it.

"go on in hes waiting." he said

i nodded and opened the door and slowly enetered the room.

"Scarlett there you are. ive missed you alot my daughter."

wait what? did he just call me his daughter?

'yes, thats what you are. didnt you mother tell you?'

damn mind reader. 'no she said my father had abandon her and i. wait weres juleit? shes got to be here right?'

"juleit? i dont remember a juleit. i only had you."  i shrugged it off and ran over to him. i had found my father and my brother. by blood or not this was my family. i hugged him like there was no tomorrow.

Laughing jack had left to go down stairs slend- i mean my father and i caught up on the few years we missed together. he asked me about my mother rose.

"oh uh shes an achaholic.... i- she used to beat me when she was drunk.' i said

"you will not have to deal with that at this house because nobody really drinks. we only kill, but not each other becuase were all immortal well, all but you darling.but that will be changing soon "

i frowned slightly. but nodded and walked out of the room to head down stairs. sighing i went to met the rest of the family which ment my uncles. i looked all around the house for Toby. but i couldnt find him.

"hey jeff, have you seen toby?"

"in his room, The one you woke up in."

"thanks"

i made my way up to tobys room and was about to knock on the door when i heard him singing?!

" i've given up on giving up slowly, i'm beldning in so you won't even know me apart from this whole world  that shares my fate this one last bullet you mention is my one last shot at redemption

because i know to live you  must give your life away and ive housing all this doubt and insecurity and ive beem locked inside that house all the while yiu hold the key

and ive beem dying to get out and that might be the death of  me and ecen though theres no way in knowing where to go promise im going becuase i gotta get out of here im stuck inside this rut that i fell into by mistake i gotta get outta here and im begging you im begging you im begging you to be my escape"

i open the door before he can finsh and smile.

he shoots me a dirty look

"how long have you been out there listening?"

"since you uh started... ' i whimpered

"im sorry Scar i didnt mean it like that .." toby looked down  i could tell he felt bad l-like he acutally ment it.

'its okay'
