Chapter 14: Rose Story

I sighed, opening the bathroom door.

"Chanyeol-ah! Wake up, you're going to be late for work."

"I know, I know..." He chuckled, pulling me into a hug.

"Yah, let me go?"

Chanyeol gave me a quick peck on the cheeks, before heading into the bathroom.

"I'll be cooking breakfast!"

"Okay!" 

I rolled my eyes and headed down to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.

After I finished preparing breakfast, I set up the table waiting for Chanyeol like always.

I then heard a sigh, coming down the stairs.

"Oh, Chanyeol you're done?"

"Yup, sorry I took forever."

"Ani, It's okay." I chuckled.

I grabbed myself eggs and started to eat.

"I guess you can't go to work anymore, since you're pregnant huh?"

"Ani, I can't? Manager told me to take some rest."

"That's good."

"Yeah?"

After our conversation, everything was silent.

I cleaned up the table and washed the dishes.

I looked at the time.

"Ah, you still have about 10 minutes left before work."

Chanyeol sat in silence.

"What should her name be?" Chanyeol sighed.

"Chaeyeol?"

Chanyeol chuckled, "Is that our name together?"

"Yeah, I made it up? You don't like it?" 

"Ani-ah, It's cute..."

"Well, I'm glad you like it." 

"Then our name is finally decided, Chaeyeol."

I smiled, holding onto Chanyeol's hands.

I leaned on his shoulders, closing my eyes.

He wrapped his arms around my waist.

"I love you Rose..."

"I love you too Chanyeol."

"Ah, It's almost time for me to go?" 

I gave Chanyeol a peck on the lips and he left out the door.

After he left, I didn't know what to do anymore?

I grabbed my phone and dialed Jisoo's number.

"Yeoboseyo? Rose?"

"Yes, It's Rose..." I sighed.

"Ah, why'd you cry yesterday?"

"Ani-ah? It was about something else." I lied.

"Well what is it? Please tell Unnie?"

"Ani, I'm okay?"

"Please Rose? Tell Unnie please! I'm dying to hear what made you cry."

I sighed, before telling the story.

"Omma passed away when she had a baby shower and I was there... Appa wasn't there, because he had to get something inside the car. Someone killed Omma and I saw everything, my sister didn't make it also-"

Tears fell down my eyes, causing me to pause for a few moment.

"Oh my god? I'm so sorry for your loss Rose-ah? I didn't mean to make you cry..."

"Ani, It's okay?  I'm still trying to get that over my head. It's so sad that I still remember that. Appa has been drinking a lot ever since omma left us."

"Ah, that's so sad? I'm so so sorry?"

"This is why I'm not planning to have a baby shower, Jisoo? I hope you guys understand me."

"We understand, Rose don't worry. I gotta go, Lisa is calling me."

"Annyeong..." 

I hung up, throwing my phone on the couch.

Tears continued rolling down my cheeks.

I plopped on the couch, closing my eyes.

I looked at the time and it was 6:55 pm.

My eyes widen.

"Omo! I forgot!"

Chanyeol was going to come home in 5 minutes.

I looked in the fridge and there was nothing to cook.

"Aish? What the hell?" 

I closed the fridge and the doorbell finally rung.

I slowly opened the door, to see Chanyeol right in my face.

Chanyeol pushed me out of the way, making his way into the dining room.

"Yah! Where's the food! You didn't bring me lunch!"

"Mian, I fell asleep and I forgot about you?"

"Wae! You're just going to let me die in hunger! You could've went to the store to buy some food!"

"I told you, I slept and I forgot? I'm sorry..."

Chanyeol slammed his fist onto the dining table.

He walked towards me, grabbing onto my hair.

He walked up the stairs, throwing me into the closet.

"Ah!" I screamed in pain, due to my pregnancy.

Chanyeol suddenly slammed and locked the door.

"Chanyeol! Chanyeol! Let me out please! Please! I'm begging you!"

There was still no response.

"Chanyeol?"

My banging became silent.

I crawled by the corner wrapping myself into a ball.

"Chanyeol, I don't know if this relationship will last any longer?"
