"God, this is so fun!" I exclaimed. I took a swig of Cam's Miller Light.

"It is," he agreed, putting his hand on my knee.

"Ugh, I don't understand why you like Miller Light," I shuddered. I forgot how much I hated Miller Light. I tried to get the taste out of my mouth as Cam laughed. Cam kissed my mouth quickly.

"Wow, it tastes a lot better on you," I smirked.

"Look how smooth you're getting!" he teased. I shrugged.

"What can I say? I'm just a naturally smooth person," I shrugged. "Now shut up, because Xander Bogaerts is up."

"Rude!" Cam exclaimed. "I think you have a thing for black guys."

"You didn't just say that.-OH C'MON BOGAERTS! He shouldn't have swung at that," I griped. Cam laughed.

"Like I said, a thing for black guys."

"Shut up, Newton."

"No thanks, Newton," he smirked.

"God, I love you," I laughed. I put my head on his shoulder and he kissed my temple.

"I love you too. Ooh, Bogaerts struck out. Ha."

"Shut up. Anyway?"

"Ok, so I'm thinking aquarium tomorrow? We can go shopping, hang out a little bit, go to It's Sugar. Sound good?" Cam asked, taking another swig of Miller Light.

"Sounds lovely. As long as you're there with me," I winked.

"Aaaand right back to smooth," Cam teased. Holt came up, and I grinned.

"Damn babe. You gotta love baseball pants," I teased back.

"Ugh. No. They distract you," he shook his head. I laughed.

"Please, nothing can compete with football pants. Especially after it's rained? I'm so glad you're a football player," I sighed.

"So that's why you dated me in college!" Cam teased accusingly.

"Why?" I laughed.

"Because you thought I had a nice butt!"

"Babe, you do. All I'm saying: football pants are a wonderful creation."

"You totally did not just deny it though."

"Ok. I'm denying that's the only reason. But it was a key component in our college romance."

"You're kidding," Cam gaped. I laughed.

"Of course, you idiot. That's not why I dated you at all. To be honest, my goal was to be dating before you were drafted."

"You set a goal?" he laughed.

"Yeah. That's how crazy I was for you," I said softly, putting my hand on his.

"It's slightly stalkerish," Cam admitted.

"Well it worked because I'm now Mrs. Newton! Don't underestimate my powers," I teased. His eyes crinkled and he grinned widely.

"So, Cameron, how does it feel to be right about the outcome of the game?" I asked, pointing to the scoreboard. He laughed.

"Pretty damn good. Because your Red Sox are sucking this year," he commented. I threw my hands up.

"They're not 'my Red Sox!' I'm still a San Francisco Giants fan! It's just a little more convenient to go to Baltimore than San Fran," I rolled my eyes. "Just like you're still an Atlanta Braves fan."

"Alright! Alright. Fair enough," he laughed.

"If Pedroia strikes out, they lose," I sighed. Cam laughed as Pedey struck out. I swore under my breath. He laughed.

"C'mon. Let's go before the hordes separate us," Cam laughed. I took his hand, and Cam and I started to the car. We walked around the beautiful ballpark hand-in-hand.

"You're so handsome," I said to him. He bit his lip and blushed.

"Heh, thanks," he kinda laughed. I smiled and squeezed his hand as we found the car. I got in the passengers' side. I plugged my phone into the car as we started to drive back to the hotel.

"You know," he commented, "we really should go out to San Francisco one of these days."

"Yeah," I agreed.

We pulled into the hotel, and got out of the car. Hand in hand, we walked to the hotel room. Cam unlocked the door, and we went inside. We both sat on the bed.

"I know I say this like, every five minutes, but Sadie, I love you," he said. I smiled.

"I love you too. I love you too."

"God, I'd still love you if you cheated on me," he laughed. I knew he meant it as a joke, but a hard lump formed in my throat. I trained my eyes on the floor. "Sades? Why are you...why are you getting all like this?"

How could he know?

I looked into those deep brown eyes now filled with worry, confusion, betrayal, and sadness. And I broke.

"Because I did, Cam. I did cheat on you."
