The Call

Time: 11:03am

Skye's POV
We are all in the Paw Patroller, we drove for 2hours since we left the boat,......Poor Cap'n Turbot, I wish we were there before it was too late,The most devastated because of Cap'n Turbots death was Zuma, He was Turbots first mate,.....

The pups were all asleep except me,

Mayor Goodway was sleeping, along with Mrs porter and Alex,

Jake and Everest sleeping side to side

Ryder was still awake, being on guard and still figuring out this mess,

Katie, who is now not covered in blood was sitting on the floor, and it seems like she's wiping the ounce of blood from her gun, I walk yo to her and ask a question,

"Katie?" I said and sat beside her
"Hmm?" She says still polishing her gun
"Where did you get that... Weapon?" I said pointing my paw to the gun

"My dad was a police officer, He gave me this Magnum_Pistol for self defence, but there was no kind of trouble that needed this so I dont use it,.....Until now"

She sighed and put the her weapon in her bag,

"What do we do now?, I'm feeling.....Hopeless......I won't even get a chance to tell chase I love him" I said

"What?!" The blonde said with a enthusiasm smile

After realizing what I just said I quickly covered my mouth with my paw...
"Uhh,..... You didn't hear nothing!!"I ran away and went to the corner, pretending to sleep

"Oh Skye," I heard her mumble and I just giggled,
After fake sleeping I drifted to dreamland...

Time: 6:35am

Chase's POV
I woke up and I notice that we weren't moving anymore, I quickly shot up and ran to Ryder

Ryder was sleeping in his chair while he uses his arms as pillow, He was a light sleeper so I just tugged his pants and he quickly shot up,

"Chase, what's wrong?" He said with sleepy eyes

"Sir, I dont think were moving"

"What!?"

I nodded and he immediately powered on Robo Dog

"Robo dog, start the engine..." He said and his Robot followed him

When RB stepped to the pedal, it only made an engine sound and quickly stop,

RB keeps repeating and repeating until it stop permanently,

"Ryder what's all the commotion about?" mayor Goodway ask with tired eyes,

One by one everyone started to wake up,

"Guys I have some bad news" Ryder said while twiddling his fingers

"The Paw Patroller jus shut down, it wont start" Everyone gasp,

"Can't you fix it?" Mr Porter ask while hugging Alex

He just shook his head to no and everyone started to whimper

"So we'll just stay here, like, Forever?!" Jake said

"We dont have to stay, We just need to call for help,....Anyone has a bar? My phone died" Katie said and sighed

"My pup pads dead" Ryder told us

"I left my phone in the Cabin" Jake pointed

"Me and Alex didn't have time to pack some stuff" Mr Porter scratch his head

"Oh wait.....I have my phone" The mayor said
"Aww! No signal" she pouted

"Well there's only one thing to do" Katie said and grabbed her bag,

Everyone looked at her

"Continue by foot" She finished her sentence

"WHAT!!!??" We all say in surprise

"Are you insane?!" Mayor Goodway asked furiously

"What are you gonna do here, Sit and wait till you die from starvation??!" She said sarcastically

"Actually......." Ryder interrupted

"Katie may have a point" He said

"Maybe on the way we could find some equipment for survival, like weapons" Ryder said confidently

"Sir, That a great Idea!" I said to my owner and he smiled

"But there's a problem though" Everest said

"What about our vehicles?" She stated

"Yeah, what are we going to do with them?" Rubble added

"Leave them" the blonde said

"Why would we leave them?" The English bulldog cried

"Rubble, do you wanna attract some virus spreading zombies?" Katie told him and Rubble just stay silent

"Okay its settled, were leaving" Ryder told told us

Later on, we packed some canned food, water bottles, and of course some dog food as well,

All of us carried each a bag, containing food and water, and one knife, just in case....

"You guys ready?" I told them and they all nod signalling me 'yes'

We all walked outside and saw how chaotic this city was,
It almost looked like a ghost town,

I glanced at a billboard and saw Orange Ways City, was written over it,

"Okay guys, Move out" Ryder commanded and we followed him,

No ones POV
The team continued to search for useful things they might use, And eventually, They have no luck.....

The Gang kept finding some stuff except one brown haired lady......

Katie looked at the Mayor to see what she was doing, She got annoyed at Goodway because what she only did is put some make up on........
God..... This Lady has no mercy Katie thought and went back to searching.....

With Ryder

Ryder was in a police station looking for a radio, so he could use it to call some help, He was disgusted of what he saw, Full of police officers lying on the ground dead, some even have torn up limbs and blood was scattered everywhere, he wanted to barf....

Luckily he found a working Radio, And ran back to the group,

"Guys! I found something" He said excitingly

The all went up to him and ask "What?"

He showed the Radio and they couldn't help but cheered,

"Okay guys, let's make a call....." He said with a serious tone
