Ignorance shall be thy father
You, child, born of disdain
And for forever shall ye wander
Thine face painted with the blame.

Ye shall not be gifted with a name
Nay, ye shall fulfill the need
Of mankind to play their twisted games
Of none but Lucifer's creed.

Thy insolence hast damned thy wide eyes
Etern'lly condemned to be blind
In suff'ring shall drown thy futile tries
To tear away from thine own mind.

And when the e'er choking silence
Creeps its way along thy spine
Then ye shall understand that darkness
Is all that ye shall ever find.

And fools shall kneel and fold their thin hands
Whilst others scream and beg for light
But for all of these blood-splattered lands
There shall only be endless night.

Fabled angels fall from heaven
The hopeless run to suicide
And meanwhile haughty Lucifer grins—
For hate is his grand genocide.
