My Sugary Dog

I was strolling around the city because being alone at home suffocates me. I went here in Seoul alone. No relatives and friends. I left my hometown Daegu just to find a nice work. I work in a company. While strolling around my eyes caught a store. A pet store. My feet brought me infront of that store. I don't know why I went there. Then I started to think and realized something.

If I will buy a pet, Can it help me to not feel alone anymore?
A smile painted on my face. I went inside the store. I looked around and I was greeted by a tall brunette man.

"Good evening miss. What can I do for you?" He asked happily.

"I'm looking for an animal that can help me with my loneliness" I said. Not aware of my words. He chuckled.

"Hmmm... Maybe a dog can help you with that. Follow me and I'll show you the dogs." I followed him. He went to the corner of the store and stop. He pointed the cages and told me to choose a dog. I looked at the cages and started to think which one of this dog will I choose.

My eyes caught 2 dogs.

A teacup Pomeranian and a pug. I tried to pick up the pomeranian but it seemed he doesn't like me. So I tried to pick up the pug that was staring at me. Luckily, he didn't panicked or move. He let me picked him up. The brunette man smiled at my decision and said.

"Wow you're so lucky that the pug didn't panicked on you. Because many customers liked to buy that pug but he started panicked and barked at them which made the customers afraid."

"Really? But he seemed nice."

"Whatever you say young lady haha" he went to the cashier and picked up a paper and a pen and hand it over to me.

"Fill that up while I inject your dog an anti-rabies medicine" I nodded. I went to the nearest table and I started filling this up

I started brainstorming about what will be my dogs name.

How about MinJi?
Nahh it sounded like a girl's name
Grumpy?
He looks grumpy but eww I don't like that name. I looked over at my dog he looks nice and sweet.

Suga

I filled up the form and I saw the man holding my pug.

"Here you go ummm ahh! Y/n" he smiled while looking to the form.

"Thank you" I hold my pug and picked my wallet and I gave the brunette man the payment for the pug.

"Oh btw I'm Jin and Here's a calling card. Call us whenever something happens to your dog"

"Thank you. By the way nice to meet you Jin" I waved at him and went out of the store. I walked happily with my sleeping pug between my arms. Cute.

I just arrive home. I placed Suga on my couch. He's still sleeping. I went to my own room and took a warm bath. When I got out, I heard suga barking. I quickly changed to my pajamas and run towards him. I picked him up.

"What's wrong buddy?" I asked. I pet his head and he calmed down. I bet he's hungry. I put him down and walk towards the kitchen and picked his dog food I bought earlier. I put the food on his bowl and he started eating. I put water on his other bowl and put it beside him. I walked back to my room to get my laptop and went back to the living room. I glanced at suga. Still eating. I opened my laptop and start doing my hobby. Making music. Hours passed by fast. Suga sleeps again. That pug is always sleepy. I took a glance on the clock.

10:10pm

I need to sleep now. While fixing my things I accidentally made a loud sound and that mades suga awake. He stuck his tongue out and run towards me. I picked him up.

"Sorry buddy. Did I woke you up?" He barked. He could answer? I decided to ask him again.

"Do you wanna sleep with me?" With that. He barked at me and licked my face.

"Genius Suga" I pat his head. I grabbed my things together with suga and went to my room. I placed my things inside the drawers. I put Suga on the bed and I layed down on bed.

"Goodnight suga..." I dozed off to sleep

Beep.beep.beep

I groaned in annoyance. I'm too lazy to get up. But I need to work. I looked beside me I didn't saw suga. Where could he be? I stood up and went inside the bathroom. I took a quick bath and changed to my working clothes. I twist the door knob and opened the door. I saw suga sitting infront of my door, holding his bowl using his mouth. How did he got here outside? I bend down to face him. I took his bowl.

"Are you hungry buddy?" I asked and He barked. I brought his bowl to the kitchen and put his dog food in his bowl. I brought it back to the living room and put it inside his play pen. He ran towards his food and started eating it.

"Suga-ah. I'm going to work be a good dog." I was about to stand up when I heard knocks on my door. I stood up and opened.

"Sup y/n"

"Taehyung? What are you doing here?"

"Duh? What else? Picking my bestfriend up..." He said. I chuckled

"You don't have to Tae." Taehyung is the first person I talked in the company. He became my bestfriend and also my neighbor.

"No, I insist" He smiled. But then Suga barked. I looked at his he looks angry.

"Wow y/n you've gotten yourself a dog?!"

"Yeah.."

"I should bring Yeontan here next time!" He gave me his rectangular smile.

"I don't know Tae. Suga really don't like new people.

"Don't worry, I can handle dogs. We should hang out together with our dogs next time..."

"Sure.. why not!" I grinned. I went out with Taehyung leaving my dog alone. I felt so guilty. Tae used his car to go to our work. Few minutes later we've arrived the company that we're working. As we went inside, we were greeted by some of our co-workers and we also greeted them. I saw my boss who was looking to me with a smile.

"Oh y/n I'm glad you're here. Here's the files. I need you to arrange this."

"Yes Mr.Kim." I bowed at him.

"Oh and right after you finished arranging that, Just put it on my table."

"Yes Mr. Kim" I smiled. I went inside my office and started arraging the files. Then someone knocked

"Come in" the person went inside.

"J-Jimin? What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to see my favorite girl." He winked at me. I rolled my eyes in annoyance. I hate this man. But still, he's my friend.

"I'm busy Jimin. Go mess with someone else."

"No, I want you only." He smirked

"god! Why do I have this kind of friend?! Just sit down and do nothing" wow... he finally obeyed me.

"Ok I'll just watch you work"

"Don't you have something to do?"

"No, I've done it a few minutes ago."

"Ok"

Night~

I left Taehyung in the company. He said he needs to finish something. Then I remembered something. Suga. I need to buy something for him. I went to this store. It sells random things. I started finding some toys for my pug. My eyes laid on a toy.

A cute little black and white piano

This will be perfect for him... I guess?

I paid for the Mini piano and went home. I opened my door and I was greeted by a happy barking Suga. I went to him and sat beside him.

He must be hungry. I grabbed his dog food and put it on his bowl. He started eating happily while waging his tail.

I put out the mini piano and placed it beside him. He stopped eating and looked at the piano then he looked at me.

"This can't be..." I got shock at Suga when he did that...
