Sorry for being late....

Avni's pov

Finally my dream is becoming true slowly. I was sure that i can handle situations but when i become conscious i will do things that make me embarrass afterwards.today was my first day at office as a software developer,i m sure i can achive so many things with my hard work.i entered my office with full determination and i guess that helped me quite well. I got a new friend there her name is mithali and i think she too is from a small town like me. Then i went to my boss cabin. The moment i saw him i felt an attraction towards him. He is so handsome,his voice was magical and i think he can sing pretty well, last but not least his eyes when he looked at me i could see something missing but what was that i dont know. We talked for a while after seeing my office i left from there. On the way i bought some necessary things and went directly towards my apartment.when i reached there i again heared that rock music from next apartment.i went inside home. I got freshen up and decided to prepare something for dinner. I put some light music on my music system and opened the windows to allow some fresh air to enter. Then i went towards the kitchen and started cooking poha. I love poha very much and i love cooking too. Cooking is my passion other than my job. The smell was really mouthwatering.i went to the balcony for having my poha there.i placed my plate at the corner of the balcony and went inside to make some tea.i left my poha there because it was to hot to eat. So i thought it will cool a bit when i return.i made some coffee and went towards my balcony to see that my poha plate is missing. I searched there but couldn't find.then i thought may be it fell down from there to the ground. I got inside and went to take the remaining poha. This time i didnt went to balcony and i sat down in the hall switched on the tv and then peacefully had the poha. It was already past 10 but the rock music from the next apartment could be heared even now. Its not i dont lyk them. But i prefer light music. After cleaning the room and vessels. I turned on music system again and set timer of one hour and went to sleep.

Neil's pov

Today too was a little hectic. But what to do.its my job. I reached office on time thanks to that girl who stopped the lift for me. When i reached office mithali informed me that my new trainee have arrived and is waiting for me. I called back aftersometime and asked to bring her. I was as usual busy in my files when i heared "may i come in sir? "i felt like hearing something sweet and calming. I raised my eyes to see the most beautiful and pretty thing in the world a pair of kohled eyes. But wait something is missing in them. But i could find a different kind of spark and determination in them. She was beautiful,literally beautiful.she introduced herselt and we talked for sometime and sent her to see the office.the moment she left my cabin i let my breathe out which i was holding for quite long time. I watched from my glass door her retreating she was wearing a simple top and leggings. I noticed that she was not wearing any makeup other than kajal.her  one hand adorned a dozen of beautiful bangles which coordinated her dress and on other hand there was a watch. I could hear the sound of her anklets when she walked.
Suddenly my phone vibrated and showed riyas call. When i was about to pick the call avni returned i asked her to leave for now her job will start from tomorrow .she smiled at me and left from there. Again my phone vibrated and it was riya again. She told me to come to her house.i knew why she called me.it is to kill me with her bickering.no option left i went to her house. I was really uncomfortable with her being around me. But i couldn't do anything credit goes to my darling mom who is constantly trying to hook riya with me. I left from riyas house as soon as i got a chance. I told her that i have some emergency so had to go. She tried a lot to stop me but i escaped from there. When i reached my flat  i realized that my new neighbor havent arrived yet. I dont know why but i really wanted to know who was my neighbor. I went inside and turned on the music player and went to get a bath.i thought of ordering something from out to eat.when i came back what welcomed me was a mouthwatering aroma of something and then i realized it was pohas smell. It is my favourite.l luv poha. But what to do i didnt know how to make it. I went to balcony to get some fresh air. But what i saw there was a plate of poha placed on the corner of railing of the balcony of next apartment.i quickly took it from there and went inside. I know i know i stole it but what to do i couldn't control myself.

These were the only words escaped from my mouth. It was amazing.i felt like kissing those hands who made this amazing poha. I ate it completely and wanted to have more. But alas...
I cleaned the plate and thought of returing it tomorrow with a thank u. After having poha i felt contented and went to sleep after turning of the music. I feel like sleep taking over me. I usually didnt sleep this early. But something was different today.... Something good..
