The clean floor squeaked beneath her as she ran. Everything she passed was new and unfamiliar. She opened every door hoping that one would have an exit but so far she had had no such luck. The rooms were all filled with various medical equipment which only added to her confusion. As she rounded a corner she was lead into yet another hallway but this one was different. At the end of this hallway there was a door different than any other door she had passed. It was wide, metal, and had a small rectangular window above the handle. As she was approaching this door she heard a scratch as if from a radio. She began to panic, fearing she had been caught, but to her delight, when she turned around to find the source, the hall appeared empty. Finally reaching the door, she peeked out the small window and was happy to see thick woods which could supply her with many places to hide. She grabbed the handle and let out a weak smile as it began to turn. The hinges squeaked as she pushed it open and then suddenly a cool mist of forest air shot at her face.

"Grab her, Ashton!" she heard someone shout from behind her. Strong, muscular arms wrapped around her waist, whipping her onto the cold, hard floor. She looked up and saw a brunette haired man with a concerned look on his face. Two more men raced over to help hold her down; restraining her arms, legs, and torso. She squirmed and screamed in a futile attempt to free herself from their grasp.

"Relax, it's ok." said another man as he made his way towards her holding a small, indistinguishable object in his hands. "You're quite the little Houdini, aren't you?" he says with a smile, leaning over and running his fingers through her long, dark hair in an attempt to calm the distressed girl but to no avail.

The man, still stroking her hair, gave the object he walked in with to one of the men holding her legs. This allowed the girl to get a small glimpse at it.

"No! Please, no shots! I'll stop!" she cried but despite this protest, she felt the painful pinch followed by a sleepy sensation. She resisted it at first but eventually, the sedatives won and she slowly began to close her eyes "Sleep well, princess Maya" said the brunette man right before she fell asleep.
