@EbonyLea; Mental Health is and always has been a touchy subject for me. Ever since a young ahe i have suffered with anxiety, although i may not seem like it. I get nervous so much and suffer with terrible panic attacks. I have my ways of coping but as i am only human, sometimes it gets too much. I have amazing and supportive people around me who help me every step of the way and im so blessed. Of course my past relationships have not helped my panic attacks and anxiety but again, my family and friends help me so much. I have anxiety, yet look how far i have come. Anxiety is just an illness, it does not define who you are or what you can do. You're all so strong. Keep holding on and remember, it all gets better. Here are some helpful tips i go by;
1.) Find an anchor- this could be a boyfriend, bestfriend, crush or even a group of people. Think of them and everything good about them.
2.) Think back to your happiest moments- try to relive them and don't think of what would have happened if things were different.
3.) Be different- it'll get you noticed and it'll get you appreciated.
4.) Be yourself and have fun- there's no better you than you! Xx
