Tails was thrown into a huge cell with no window but the one on the door. "Enjoy your new home fox! " Eggman shut the door with a bang and laughed maniacally. Tails got up and looked around for something to cut the rope around his hands with. He noticed the edge of the window was quite sharp he began rubbing the rope across it very quickly. The rope smoked a little and snapped. Tails laughed. "Well I may be stuck in here but at least I'm free to do whatever I want." He sat down against the cold stone wall. He began thinking of Sonic. He thought of all the things Amy would surely be telling him. "C'mon Sonic, you know I wouldn't run away from you....I love you." He wispered to himself. Tails fought off some tears that began to trickle down his face. "Stop it Tails. Sonic will come for you." Tails got up hearing the sound of footsteps. "just got word from Amy. She has the hedgehog and she now requests her end of the bargain. Which is killing you of course." Eggman said coldly. Tails looked Eggman in the eye. "I would like to see her try." Eggman laughed. "Don't underestimate the power of the female Tails.....they seem nice and sweet but they will cut your throat in a second." Tails sat back down on the floor. Eggman looked into the cell. "She requested I bring you to the cliffside." Eggman said thinking. "She plans on throwing you off the cliff I guess. Worst of it all is I'm gonna make Sonic watch. What better way to torture him then to kill his best friend.......and lover." Eggman laughed maniacally once again leaving the room. "Cliffside....." Tails said touching into his memories.
"Sonic I have to let go....." "Damn it Tails I'm not letting you die here....."
Tails remembered it all like it was a fresh memory from yesterday. The way the hedgehog cried when he thought his best friend and lover were gone. Tails tried thinking of a way to get out of the situation but he couldn't think of one. It struck Tails that he might die. Tails layed down on the ground. "I'm not dieing without a fight." He waited for the sound of footsteps. Each step echoed of the concrete walls outside the cell. "Click clack." Tails rised and cracked his knuckles and bent his neck in a right to left motion. The footsteps stopped. Tails waited listening. "Alright Tails, you know were we are going." The door began to open. Tails ran and pushed the door with all his might trying to run past the door but a big metal fist hit him square in the face. He fell to the ground dizzy and his face in pain. He felt like he just got hit by a freight train in the face. "Tie him up!" Eggman said quickly. The robots came over and tied Tails's hands and Tails together. He thought of where they were going. "Maybe it's fate he told himself as the robots threw him into the Eggmobile. "And maybe.....it's all over." The engine started up with Eggman laughing and before they knew it they were off.
