I decided to do some research. I made my way over to the dining table and googled Cicada 3301. Apparently it's the hardest puzzle on the internet. Ever. posted in 2012, no one has solved it to this day.
I headed to the kitchen, pulled out my computer and downloaded the image from 4chan. After several attempts at changing lighting, and opening the RAR file.
30 minutes later, I got desperate and opened the image in a notepad. The answer was at the bottom.
CLAVDIVS CAESER says "lxxt 33m2mqkyv2gsq3q=w o2ntk".
It was Caeser cipher. No doubt. After solving it, I came up with this.
just copy - paste.
It was a pic of a duck, with the words Total BS. Then, after analyzing the text, i saw what it wanted.

The freaking puzzle wanted me to call them. The clues so far have lead up to a phone number.
What could I do? I dialed it.
The hand in which my phone was suddenly grew very warm. My phone. Before i knew it, arcs of electricity raced from my phone into my arm.
