After the incident the noble John wasn't himself anymore, he secluded himself in his room and only came out when he needed to. The eyes of the noble were like an endless void that were as dark as the night sky. He wouldn't pay any attention to his wife Elisabeth, and would only show a glimpse of happiness, when he would see his son, because Curtis looked just like his mother. For that Elisabeths jealousy and hatred towards the boy grew even stronger. To her Curtis was nothing more than an insect that had no right to be anywhere near her.

As Curtis grew older he looked more and more like his mother. Because of this Elizabeth's hatred only grew. She treated Curtis as though he were a slave and would always whip him every time she was mad. The blood of Curtis had seeped into the cracks of the floor and stained the walls red. The boy that had been so full of life had soon turned into nothing but an empty shell of what he once was. It was as though she had sucked up every last emotion he had.

All except for the hatred and odium he felt towards her, she took everything away from him and had nothing but the dim memory he has of his mother dying and the one who did it. Curtis started feel like nothing, and wanted to die. As the years went on the hate they felt towards each other only grew. The only place Curtis felt he belonged was deep in the woods where his deceased mother lays. One fateful day on Curtis's tenth birthday he went into the woods to see his mother's grave.

As Curtis was walking to the willow tree where his mother is buried. Curtis heard a strange sound. It was a sound that echoed throughout the damp woods that not even a ant would be startled by it because the sound was so faint. As Curtis kept walking he felt a sudden chill and as he looked back, there he saw a wild bear running for the boy. With its fangs bared and its claws out any normal person would have run in the opposite direction of the wild beast. But Curtis wasn't normal by any means. Instead of running he went straight towards the bear.

As Curtis went towards the the bear that was ready to kill at any moment. He had a glow in his eyes the eyes of someone who lost everything he had the eyes of a murder with the intent to kill. It was like Curtis had changed into a wild animal. As the bear looked into his eyes it saw the hate and the blood lust that was in his eyes but most of all it saw an emptiness that was inside of him. Curtis quickly grabbed the knife that was in his pocket and jumped on the bear.
He lached on with his legs, Cutis was a very strong young boy his legs were like steel. His legs warped around the bears neck and snapped it as this happend you could hear the sound of the bones cracking one by one. Then with the knife he stabbed the bears head. With that the bear died. After that Curtis continued down the path to where his mother is without looking back, even once. As he continued he felt a strange sensation of a glimps of blood lust in the air.
Little did Curtis know that he would have a fateful encounter with a strange man dressed in all black. Who he would come to know as the murderer, who killed every.....single...person in the small town he knew, for his whole life.
