Lucas slouched in his chair.
"Urgh, I remember that dork", he said in a groggy tone, as the teacher told his class of the new student arriving the next day. His eyes scanning the faces of the girls who looked excited at the boy's return.Last anyone saw him, he was short had round doll-like eyes and fluffy long hair. Lucas never had an issue with the boy, but he was rather irritated by the girls who slept with him to get to the other. This had happened 6 times in all and during those times, he had regrettably let himself get attached to them. Big mistake. They did the whole lovey-dovey thing and then broke it off when the boy refused to cheat with them.
Since then Lucas had stuck to one-night stands and refused, REFUSED to get attached- to anyone.
It was a rule he always followed: no attachment= no heartbreak. That's what he believed. The new boy
The teacher stood at the front of the class, the students in silence. Boys looking uninterested but watching closely while the girls tipped on the edges of their seats.
"Now class I'd like to introduce you to the new student Jack-... " said the teacher gesturing to the empty space beside her, observing their faces she turned around and realisation swept across her face in waves.
"Oh! Come in Jack", all eyes turned to the door in excitement, even if the boys denied it, then their faces changed from relief to confusion to, in the girls' cases, was that sadness? The class eyed the person who stalked across from the door with daggers, mainly because they had quickly realised that it wasn't 'their' Jack. This Jack was tall.
Gasps travelled the classroom as Jack lowered his jacket hood and faced the class.
He was stunning- chiselled jawline, tanned skin sprinkled with freckles, dark brown smooth hair styled back from his face in a manner that, somehow, enhanced his features and piercing green eyes that were warm and spoke volumes of kindness and loyalty.Lucas watched as the room fell away around him, sounds muffled by the loud beating of his pulse. Only when Jack greeted the class did he come back to reality. That voice. A low soothing sound that sent shivers down his spine and invaded his core.
Jack sat down across from him and smiled. Realising that he had been staring, Lucas looked down, a slight flush on his cheeks. Why was he feeling this way? He's Different
Come recess, everyone turned to talk to the boy in an attempt to befriend him, however, the boy wasn't there. They looked around the room trying to see if he had moved somewhere else but he was gone. Some boys across the room, not paying attention to the situation, announced, " Why don'cha come over here ladies, I'm sure Lucas just took him away to talk", at this the girls winced- Lucas didn't "talk" to new students EVER! What was so different about this one?
Elsewhere in the school
"Hey! Where are you taking me?"
no response
"Are you listening to me?!"
no response
"I said STOP!"
At that he was flung into the nearby locker room, Lucas stumbled and fell to the ground with a thud. The impact hard and painful, he looked up to the boy who loomed above.
'He looked pissed but-...was that, a smile?!'
Lucas sat there confused before he caught something mumbled under the boy's breath;
"Finally, I got you"
Lucas looked on, extremely confused, What the hell did that mean?!Realisation
"It's good to see you, Lucas" stated Jack with confidence.
"Do you...do I know you?"asked Lukas nervously.
The boy smirked, a cocky yet slightly hurt expression, "I suppose you wouldn't recognise me...Lu"
Suddenly it dawned on Lucas, only one person called him that!
With an unsure and shaky voice he asked, "You're Jack, small Jack, my Jack?", the question coming out in a higher pitch than intended. Jack simply nodded in agreement.
"h-how-", started Lucas only to be cut off, his lips pressed into a tight, almost hungry kiss. Jack wove his arms around Lukas' frame grasping his hair. Lucas froze, shocked, before he came back to himself; 'This isn't right, is it? To feel this way about him, to want those eyes on me, his warm embrace, the lips- oh his lips, so warm, so sweet, so soft...'
Unable to think straight Lucas gave himself over to the kiss, parting his lips as a sigh escaped his mouth. Jack, taking that chance, slipped his tongue though the entrance of his mouth tangling in Lucas', the kiss quickly intensified, their lips smacked together roughly. Jacks tongue repeating circling motions against the top of Lucas' mouth, only to be rewarded with a symphony of moans. At first, quiet sweet hums under the breath but the more they kissed, the less Lucas could hold back.
