Criss's phone calls worked faster than either of us thought it would because after we woke up from our hourly nap, we heard a lot of strange commotion going on down in the lobby, so naturally, Criss just had to find out. He ran to the window and noticed a swat team van in the center of the front entrance. But they weren't trying anything because they were afraid of the terrorists killing more of the hostages. I thought that was what he was looking at, but when he pulled me in front of him and pointed out another figure sneaking around the side of the building, he snickered as he said his buddy Stoney was on his way, I looked up at him questionably, as he said he was his oldest buddy, then he said he sure felt sorry for any terrorist that had a run-in with Stoney.

I asked him what good could one guy do in a massive group of terrorists loaded with weapons. Criss kissed my nose and said Stoney was a walking weapon and that their guns wouldn't scare him one bit because he was a crazy son of a bitch. I stepped toward the front door because I thought I heard something just outside the door, Criss was still looking out the window waiting for Stoney to make his way to his suite, when I gave a slight gasp of fear when I saw a couple of shadows going across the floor and showing it under the door. I quietly raced back to Criss and told him that there were two people walking back and forth around the door. Criss quickly walked to the door, and listened intently and waited to see if they were going to try to get inside the room. Just then we both heard a lot of scuffling going on just outside the door, and when Criss unlocked and opened the door, Klayton Scott of Celldweller waltzed in the room after killing two terrorists and was know holding their weapons.

Criss laughed at his friend as he told him he just couldn't resist the challenge, could he? Klayton handed one of the guns to Criss as he stepped over the dead body's and said he knew him better than that. After he made it into the room Criss shut and locked the door again then he was about to turn to introduce me to Mr. Scott, but he was already wrapping his arms around me and kissing on me, and even though I told him my name was Kiley, or Kc...he said Kitten was good enough for him. Criss slapped him playfully on the head and told him not to even start his flirting with his girl because now wasn't the time for the friendly competition.

Klayton was flattered and a little surprised that I even knew who he was because there weren't very many people that listened to his crazy ass tunes but I sure did, I love so much of his music, but when he asked me which ones I liked the best Celldweller, Scandroid, or Circle of Dust, I told him I loved them all, because I had favorites from each band he created. But just to prove I knew what I was talking about I told him that my favorite song by Celldweller was hands down the original version of Switchback, and my favorite Scandroid song would have to be Connection, then finally my favorite C.O.D. song being the original version of Machines of Our Disgrace. Criss stepped in and kissed me then told Klayton that he wasn't there to talk music with his girlfriend, that he was supposed to be here to help with the terrorist problem beens neither the police or the swat team were going to make any moves on the building, because of the hostage situation, and we just couldn't stay up here hiding out for the duration either because food was getting rather low, and every night seemed to get colder without the electricity going to stir up some heat.

Klayton said he could fix that problem real quick on the electricity. Then he went over to Criss's personal power fuse box and did a little wire rerouting and a couple of wire cuts and splices, and fifteen minutes later Criss's bedroom had heat coming in thru the ducts, and all his power came on. I looked at Klayton in total amazement as I asked him how he got everything to work like that without having power anywhere else in the building. Klayton ruffled my hair up as he told me it was just a little nigger-rigging and stealing the power from the backup assist power and turning it into the mainframe power source, but the backup power just wasn't strong enough to do it throughout the building. Criss looked around the room and said at least we wouldn't have to play around in the dark anymore, then added that now we could watch television or listen to the radio and even have cooked meals if we wanted to that was if any of the food was still good from being stuck in a broken fridge for so long.

All three of us were having a very pleasant conversation, when we all heard some mass shooting happening downstairs, followed by several loud screams and people, mostly females crying out for anyone to help them. I jumped into Criss's arms as I held onto Klayton's hand with a death grip. Until he got my attention by asking me if it would be possible to let his fingers feel the blood flow back to them any time soon. I looked down and honestly, didn't know I was squeezing his hand so tight, so I apologized to him. Klayton kissed my hand and told me he was just giving me shit and not to worry about it because he could take it. I changed the subject out a little bit when I asked them if they had any plans on how to get rid of the terrorists without getting anyone else killed. Klayton cocked his piece and said the best way was usually the frontal assault with to other people covering the sides. But he also added that we had to use stealth in this, particularly troublesome situation.
