Gabriel was walking beside Castiel.  He holds his little brother's small toddler sized hand and leads him through to the gates of heaven.  Gabriel extends one wings and watches Castiel closely.  Castiel tries to follow suit.  After his wing twitches, he is able to extend one of his foggy black wings fully.  Castiel stretches out his hand along his wings and then looks up at his older brother standing before him and four times his size.  Gabriel just smiles at him.

"Are you ready for an adventure, Cassie?"  Gabriel smiles mischievously, his eyes twinkling at his younger brother.

Castiel smiles, nods, and lightly squeezes his brother's hand.  "I'm weady, Gah-bre-el."

Gabriel smiles in response to Castiel's adorable pronunciation of his name.  Gabriel sets Castiel on his hip and glides them down to their father's creation.

For today, is a very important day.

"Welcome to Earth, Castiel."  Gabriel smiles and watch has Castiel looks around mesmerized by everything.

"Bzz! Bzz!"  Castiel smiles and stretches his hand out to a tiny bee that was bussing around Castiel.

"Yeah, it's your bee." Gabriel smiles.  Gabriel sets down his brother, letting him roam and explore the world.  Castiel gets on his knees and feels the green grass and crawls along and looks at the bugs hiding in the grass and dirt.  He then hears a funny sound and comes rushing over.  He sees a large moving blue mass with a bright light shining on the edges of it.   He runs to meet it.

"Careful, Castiel!"  Gabriel yells and catches Castiel before he steps on a fish that was begging its crawl out of the ocean.  "Don't step on that fish, Castiel.  There are big plans for that fish."

Castiel steps away and sits on his knees beside it.  "Come on, fishy fishy, you can do it."   He and Gabriel watch intently has the fish starts gasping for its first breath of fresh air.  On light fins and tiny lizard like legs it crawls its way on the white sandy beach.  Gabriel hugs Castiel from behind, being mindful of his wings, as they watch and cheer on the fish together.  "Why is it cwawling out of the big bwoo thing?"  Castiel asks and looks up at his big brother.

"Because, it's his destiny.  He is fated to become one of our father's greatest creations."  Gabriel says.

"But why would he want to weave the pwetty bwoo thing.  Just look at it!"  Castiel squeals and points to the ocean.

"It's called the ocean.  And he is leaving home in order to fulfill his destiny.  He doesn't have a choice."

"But, what about fwee will?"  Castiel asks and tiling his head in confusion.

"Now where did you learn that?"  Gabriel asks.

"Luci-ferr ment-shioned it."  Castiel says shrugging his older brother off him and walks over the fish.

Lucifer, Gabriel is getting worried about his older brother.  He is starting to sprout off some horrible things.  He is saying some pretty hardcore stuff, it's like he is trying to start a revolt against their father and become God.

Gabriel takes Castiel hand and guides him far away from the fish.  The go into a wide open clearing that was spotted by flowers of all kinds of colors.

"Cassie, would you like to learn how to fly?"  Gabriel asks.

Castiel nods happily, a cheesy smile on his face, his ocean blue eyes sparkling like the sun shining on the ocean. Gabriels sun lite honeycomb eyes looks down at his brother.  He stretches out his wings and starts flapping them, he hovers off the ground.  Castiel frown and reaches up his hands to his older brother.

"Gah-bre-el!  Gah-bre-el!  Don't weave me!"  Castiel shouts and jumps up to his brother.

"I will never leave you.  Now open up your wings.  You can do it."  Gabriel assures.  Castiel closes his eyes hard and concentrates on unfolding his wings.  "Don't think too much about it."  This only urges Castiel to think and focus harder, only getting out slight twitches and feelings of frustration.

"I can't do it!" Castiel yells and looks up at his brother, tears starting to spill out his eyes.  he wipes his face.  "And now I'm melting!"  He huffs angrily.  Gabriel tries to hide his chuckling has sets himself down in front of Castiel.  Gabriels hugs his brother before wiping away his frustrated tears.

"Shh, shh, it's okay, Castiel.  You are not melting.  Come on, don't give up.  Let's try again."  Gabriel says.  He picks up his little brother and sets them both into the air.  He flips in the air, so that Castiel is above him.  Instinctively, Castiel stretches out his wings.  He gasps as the new feeling of air beneath is wings.  "That's it Castiel.  That's it."  Gabriel smiles widely as Castiel start giggling happily.   Gabriel lets go very slowly.  Castiel's wings automatically adjust, flapping with the winds' current.  "You're doing it Castiel!"  Gabriel cheers and Castiel looks down and see Gabriel's hands not holding him.

"I'm flying!  Gah-bre-el! I'm flying!"  He cheers.  Gabriel continues to fly below him for some time before switching above him, confident in Castiel's ability to keep himself in the air.  They fly for hours before going back to heaven.  Castiel hugs Gabriel around his neck.  Gabriel hugs him back.  "Thank you, I love you, Gah-bre-el."

Gabriel smiles, his heart warm.  "I love you too, Cassie."
