Sydney and I looked at each other with wide eyes, trying our hardest not to fangirl. "I'm sorry, what are these two named again?" I said pointing to Rhett and Link. "This is Rhett, and this is Link. Weird names, I know." Link added, "my real name is Lincoln but I like being called Link instead." I cleared my throat. "Uhm, ok. Link." Sydney looked to me and said, "Ok guys listen. Our parents went on vacation without us and accidentally put us on the wrong plane home. We have no where to stay and no money. Can you help us?" She looked at them with the saddest face I have ever seen her do. I knew she was a great actress, but she was really convincing right now. Rhett spoke up, "If I tell my folks your situation they'll probably let you guys stay with us" he smiled at Syd. She engulfed him quickly in a hug. "Thank you so much Rhett." He was taken aback, but then returned the hug and said, "uhm yeah. It's nothing." His cheeks a shade of deep red. We all exchanged awkward glances until Cole spoke up, "Well we should probably head back home." He said. Syd spoke up, "What do you all live together or something?" "No, like I said, it's a small town. Plus I'm Rhett's older brother and Peter is our neighbor" he laughed. "Oh. Haha." Syd said. I laughed along with them awkwardly. "Peter! Hey!" A shout came from behind us. A boy who looked our age, possibly a year older, came running up to us. "I see you guys made new friends." He said, smiling at us. Peter motioned to us, "this is Hannah, and Sydney. Girls, this is David." He smiled again. "It's nice to meet you guys. Peter you said you were coming over!" He said with a small chuckle. "Oh sorry man I forgot. Well, I guess I'll see you guys later. Bye!" Peter said, running away with David. Well they seemed nice. But now Sydney and I are walking to Rhett's house with his brother and Link. WOOHOO!
