Sea Devil and the Poison Maker

Manami Okuda stood in front of the king in her peasant clothes. Her dark purple hair was sorted into two braids, each draping over both shoulders. Her purple eyes that was covered with her thin glasses looked up at the ruler.

The ruler, Asano Gakusho, sat on his thrown, his lighter purple eyes staring down at the poison maker. His lips slightly curled up into a smirk. He wore the clothes of any royal family as his legs are crossed over each other.

"So your the poison maker? I wouldn't expect some peasant girl girl to catch the pirates attention." He spoke to her in a bored and amused tone.

Okudas eyes widened as the next thing she knew, the Royal guards was surrounding her with rope.

The purple haired petite girl sat next to the unconcious pirate as she wrapped up his wounds with bandages. Her delicate hands quickly and gently getting it done without too much trouble.

Once she retracted her hands, a pair of males hands grasped hers. She let out a suprised gasp from that and looked to see the most beautiful mercury eyes looking into her own.

It was the pirates eyes.

The pirates slightly messy red hair was just even more messy as he layed on her couch.

"A-Are your alright?" She asked her in her normal timid voice.

"Did you patch me up?" He asked her in a husky voice. Her face slightly heated up as she turned her head away from him.

"Y-Yes.." She said, slightly hesitant.

"Even though you know who I am?" He asked her as he sat up from his lying down position.

The girl nodded.

"Heh~ what a brave girl you are~" He said with a smirk.

Her face heated up a bit more as she looked up at him.

"What's your name?" He asked her as his grip on her hands didn't loosen or tighten.

"M-Manami Okuda..." The girl responded.

"Eh~ what a pretty name~"

Okuda looked down at the crashing water below her as the guards dangled the poor girl over the side of the castle. Asano only brought her there so he could catch the Sea Devil or Karma Akabane. Okuda closes her eyes as her glasses was close to falling off her face yet.

Her eyes remained shut for a few minutes before she heard shouting about the Sea Devils ship. Her eyes widened and she looks out to the distance.

A ship with a person at the front of it was fastly approaching the castle. A familiar red hair caught Okudas attention first when she looked at it and hope appears in her eyes once more.

"K-Karma!" She called out as her glasses fall into the sea below her. The guards pulled her back to the land as the ship stopped next to them. The captain, Karma, jumped off with his sword ready to kill.

"Eh~ I didn't think this'll happen~" Karma said as he walked towards the guards and Okuda. His mercury eyes held a million promises of a slow death at the guards.

He quickly dispensed the first guard and grabbed the rope that held Okuda. He pulled it to him as he pointed the sword at the guard.

"I win~" He said with a triumphant smirk before killing the man.
