Chapter 7 A New Song

Chris' pov.

I woke up this morning to see that, me and Bodi had our arms around each the whole we slept. I couldn't help but smile at him as he woke up as well. We were together now, and I am enjoy being with him, "morning sunshine" I said to him "morning hun" he replied making me blush. "Come on let's get some breakfast" I said. We got dressed and headed downstairs. "Morning chaps, enjoyed your time together last night?" I heard Angus and looked at him with a look telling 'really?' "You guys played a light show which woke me up so I saw it all" he said. "Well enough of that we got a problem" he said "Ian called me up wanting another song this friday" "Well he can forget it, we still got things to do" I said annoyed. "Sorry kid but he scheduled us a concert for the new song, so we need to get the new song done by this friday."

Bodi's pov.

I really didn't like this we got until Friday and it's Wednesday so that means we got two days to write the song. "Any ideas Angus?" Chris asked "that's why I'm asking you since I have none." A idea then spark to mind "I got it, why not a song about christmas, it's around the corner right?" I suggested "Not a bad idea chap, ok we have our idea, now to work on the song" he said, we spent the whole day working on the song and it was mostly going great. But then we couldn't decide how to continue the last verse. "How are we going to end it off?" Angus asked us.

I didn't expect to hear it but, Chris had did the verse himself, making it sound very great, I loved it. "Rock and Roll mate" Angus walked to him. "That will do nicely" Chris turned to him and said "thanks" "well, that's it, the song is done" he stated. Me and Chris left the room after it was all done. I walked with Chris back to our room humming a tune "so Bodi do you want to, I don't know go out for dinner some time, just us two?" Chris asked me. I smile and hugged him "I would love too" I said.

We got into our room and got into bed hugging each other closer. "Goodnight Bodi" he said kissing me "goodnight Chris" I said kissing back as we both fell asleep happy that night.

Chris pov - the next morning

I woke up to embracing Bodi and did it feel good to hug him. I let out a yawn as I hear him wake up as well "good morning Bodi" I said happily "good morning Chris" he said yawning. "Tomorrow's the day Bodi, let's hope the song's good enough" I said as we got up. We then got dressed and headed down for breakfast.

"Well mates, tomorrow's the big day, we better be ready" Angus said as we ate. We all nod. It's safe to say, we are ready for the concert!
