He sees you as another pawn in the game of love.

Another Barbie doll looking for appreciation.

The boy you like sees you as a shoddy toy,

Using you and deserting you when something is wrong with you.

That's why you should turn around.

Look behind you at the boy you've neglected,

The boy you decided to treat like a stray dog

He tried to do everything for you

Even to get a glance from you,

To get a smile from you, he tried to make you notice.

But you were too ignorant to just turn around.

Like how you'd break your back for a boy that never looked at you,

He'd do anything for just a simple glance

At your face. The one you painted over time and time again. All for the other boy. Not him.
