A New Love -on hold-

Chapter 4

A week passed since that happened. And everyone was packing for tour. We were taking a private plane to get to New York. And we were leaving around ten to go. All of our concerts were sold out, that made me really happy. I finished packing than went out to the jeep and put my bags in the back of it. Jewel came out a minute or so after I finished and I helped her put her stuff in the back. 

"Sis, did you find someone to take care of the place and Delilah while we are gone on tour?" I asked as we walked back inside with our dog. Who we just got three days ago, she is only a puppy still and she is really clingy to me and Seth.

She closed the door behind us, "I was thinking that Seth's roommate could watch her and take care of the place. I called him and he is on his way over here now actually."

"Oh, well its good I know him well enough to know he won't steal anything of our's. Scott is really cool after all." I said as I took a seat on the couch and looked at Delilah as she cuddled up against me.

Someone knocked on the door and instantly I hear Jewel yell from her room, "Come in!"

The person opened the door and walked in, it was Scott and Seth.

"Hey beautiful," Seth said as he walked over and gave me a kiss.

"Hey baby," I replied, "hey Scott."

Jewel heard me and came running out like a lunatic.

"Hey Jewel." Scott said as he was embraced with a hug.

"Jewel sit down. There is something that Scott would like to tell you," Seth said as he sat down next to me.

Jewel let go of Scott and sat down in the bean bag chair. We all looked at Scott and Seth nodded at him.

"It has been such a long time girls. I am glad to see you all grown up. The two of you were so cute when you were five, but now you are beautiful and mature young women." He nervously said as he looked at the two of us.

The two of us got up and walked to him. He opened his arms and we both went in to hug our big brother. I started to cry because I never knew, and now that I do know I have to leave to go on tour with the boys.

"How could you not tell us?" Jewel said as she started to cry.

He sighed, "I didn't know how to tell the two of you. I thought you guys would hate me. I haven't seen you guys since you were five. Girls, I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have left you guys when I was only eleven and didn't know what would come of my sisters."

I stopped hugging him and went back to the couch. Jewel didn't stop hugging him though. Seth tried to say something but I was zoned out. It was as if for that moment I didn't exist at all. But next thing I know I fainted. I fell forward to the ground.

-Scott's Pov-

I quickly let go of Jewel and ran to catch Alexis. I fucked up big time, I should have told them both sooner and it wouldn't be like this. Before I ran away Alexis and I were almost always together, she would follow me everywhere when she learned to crawl, then when she was able to walk and talk I taught her to play Pokemon. But now I sit here on the cold floor with her unconscious and in my arms. I pulled her close to me and was hoping she would be okay.

"Scott. Listen to me, this isn't your fault at all. She has been light headed all week. And we don't know why." Seth said as he put his hand on my shoulder.

I just sat there looking at her. She looks so peaceful, "Shouldn't we take her to the hospital?"

"I guess it'd be best." Jewel said.

"Let's take my car then." I quickly said as I got up and carried her to the backseat of my car. Seth sat in the back with her. Her head on his lap and her taking up the rest of the backseat. Jewel sat shotgun with me. 

I drove as fast as I could to get to the hospital. I am so worried about her. Once we got there Seth carried her in and they took her back right as we got there. The nurse told Seth and I to stay in the waiting room tho. Jewel went along to fill out papers and tell the doctor what has been going on.

It was only noon when we got there, and by the time Jewel came back out it had been two o'clock.

"She is awake and stable. But there is something Seth needs to know about." she said as she gave him a pissed off look.

"What is it?" both of us asked.

"Well, the doctor would like to tell you himself." I said and pointed at him.

Seth got up and walked over to talk to the doctor. He was over there for five minutes before he walked back over. Jewel hadn't said anything at all.

"What was it Seth?" I was curious and had to know.

He looked at the ground only, "Alex is.." he paused as though he was scared, "well she is a week pregnant."

I stood up really fast and almost beat the living shit out of him, "Do you mean to tell me that you got my little sister pregnant?!"

I had grabbed him by the neck of his shirt, "Scott, calm down. You should be glad that you are going to be a damn uncle in nine months."

"Dude you got my little sister pregnant, and you are telling me to calm the fuck down?" I yelled at him. I was furious. But I let go of him because Jewel put her hand on my arm.

-Alex's Pov-

I am so happy that this is happening, I have a human growing inside of me. In nine months I get to give birth to a baby boy or girl. I will be happy with either one. And I am so glad that Seth is going to be the father. The best part about this is that I get to tell the lads and announce it to the fans. The doctor said I could leave any time I want. 

So I got up and put my leather jacket back on. I walked out of the room and saw them waiting for me. I ran to Seth and hugged him, "I love you so much baby."

"I hate him so much," Scott chimed in.

I looked at him, "You should be happy for me. And supporting this. You are my brother for crying out loud please just support this and understand that no matter what I am keeping the baby."

"I'll be in the damn car. Hurry up and get out there." He said as he started to walk outside.

I grabbed Seth's hand and the three of us started to walk outside, "Baby, can I tell the boys when we get on the plane?"

"Yes you can baby," he responded very quickly. 

We quickly got into the car and drove back to the apartment. We had a few hours left so Seth, Jewel, and I went out for dinner and to meet up with the boys at the park before we left. I will wait to tell them till we are on the plane.

We finished eating and started to head for the park. Jewel got a text from Niall saying that the flight is leaving earlier and to just go to the airport as soon as possible. So we left the parking lot and headed for the airport where we met up with the boys.

The plane got loaded up with all of our baggage and the instruments. We all got onto the plane and got situated. Everyone was talking as the plane started to take off.

"Boys, there is something that Alex would like to tell you. She wanted you lads to know." Seth said as he got all of their attention for me.

I smiled, put my hand on my stomach and Seth did as well, "I'm pregnant."

"Congrats you two!" They all screamed and went into fanboy mode.

We all started talking about it and Niall wanted me to name the baby after him if it was a boy. Then Harry stepped in and said that it had to be named after himself. Louis just sat there and was quiet the whole time, he had a distant look as he looked out the window, I think he is really hurt now. I feel bad.
