Chapter 4 - The Past

Lianne's POV

We had just finished our lunch and decided to enter the cinema. I was shocked, the biggest nightmare my cousin ever had , showed again. Ashton Gabriel Lacsamana, Dwayne's first love and first heartache. I haven't seen him for 2 years after that incident.I know him very well aside from his family background. I roamed my eyes around, and i saw Dwayne running from Gabe sight. I quickly followed his direction and saw him entered the car. I told the bodyguards to secure the area. I went inside and cupped his face.

"shhhhhh, it's okay cry it out" i said and patted his back. He's like a younger brother to me that i didn't had since i was the only child and i can't help it but to cry. I clenched my fist. I can't see him being like this. He's so pure and innocent. He hugged me tight while crying. I let him sleep in my lap and brushes his hair with my finger. It help him relaxed whenever i do it to him.

Flashback

Dwhayne was calling.

"Yes Dwhayne? How may i help you?" i answered. He's not answering.
"are you akay? Where are you" i know what i heard. He's crying right now.

"Lianne, can you come here at my condo?" he said while sniffing.

"wait me for 15 minutes" i ended the call and told my driver to make u-turn and head to bgc where his place is located. I stormed in as soon as got inside and hugged him tight then he burst into tears. He told me what happened. I know Ashton Gabriel for a quite time since he was my childhood friend and i know what's going on between my cousin and him Yeah right, what a small world indeed. I see in his eyes the agony and pain right now. Eventhough he was a close friend of mine, I wont tolerate his wrong doings.

"he cheated on me Lianne, he cheated on me" he said repeatedly while crying.

"sshhhhh" thats all i can say for now. I can't think of any. All i can do is be here at his side. I patted his back. I felt him calmed down and asleep.
I urgently dialed Gabe's number.
"where are you" i yelled " stay where you are, I'm coming" I ended the call.
Before leaving I already for our dinner and leave a message saying" I'll be back shortly. I need to take care of something". I bent down and kiss his forehead.

At Gabe's Condo.

As i expected, he was drinking and crying all day long. I walked towards him and slapped him.

"Why? Is he not enough? Why did do this bullshitness of yours to him? Why him Why? Answer me? Bakit dika sumagot, wala kabang bibig puta ka? Did you lose your mouth while having sex with that slut" i yelled and burst into tears. I dont care about using foul words if it's him. Though I dont have the right to interfere I can't hold my anger towards him. I slapped him again. He's still crying.

"You know what, you are no difference from other men. So from now on, don't you dare to see him or even talk to him or else you will get the price. You know me Gabe. Better leave him alone and never ever comeback". I threatened him and stormed out of his room.

Two weeks already passed, Dwhayne still trying to move on. Tita and Tito are still asking me about Dwayne and I felt sorry for them coz i can't disclose his problem. I want them to hear it coming from him. Even Kuya and Ate we're asking too. Our family knew about his gender orientation and we are not ashamed of it rather cherished him as one of the most special person in the family. I went to his room. I knocked and gently open the door, there you go, he was watching one of his all time favorite Thai BL series, 2 Moons.

"Anneyeonghashimnikka Bingumama (How are you Princess in korean)" i said nonchalantly.

"Lianne" he quickly stand up and hugged me and i hugged him too. I miss him so much. I can still see pain in his eyes but I don't have the guts to open this conversation with him.
