Chapter 3 - We meet again

Dwhayne's POV
I was mesmerized by the thoughts i haf yesterday. I giggled.  I dialed David's number.

"good morning bestie"i chuckled

"yeah good morning Dwhayne" he groaned

"i would just like to ask how's your doing yesterday" i asked

"well we're nearly done, we just need to fix our financial statements and then we're finished" he stated happily

"uhm regarding that,  i already ask for kuya's help and he agreed to help us,  He's just asking when are we free"i mumbled

"how 'bout next week,  it's holiday on  April 9 right? That will be the perfect time since we are all available, I'll be the one to tell Kath okay"  he stated

"okay" i replied shortly

"that's all for now,  bye see you soon"
He hang up the phone.  I called kuya regarding our thesis and he said "okay". I heave a sigh for relief. Since it was Saturday, I called Lianne, my cousin to watch movie with her.

"Hola Lianne" i greeted

"Anneyeong Bingumama" she replied I really love her the way she addresses me. Lol

I chuckled "do you have any plans for today, if none let's watch movie my treat" i asked happily

"Yeah sure, in fact i am so bored here, what time will you pick me up" she replied

"10:00 am my dear, bilisan mo at wag kana magpaganda kasi di kanaman maganda" i hang up the phone before she could butt. So i headed for a quick bath and change. I wore a black lee denim shorts, a white guess shirt plus a denim jacket and a dior sneakers.
I went to my dad and mom to bid goodbye. As usual a group of bodyguards are tagging me. Hays iba talaga pag maganda..  Charoot.. We picked Lianne at her residence and drove to DL Mall. Guess what,  it is one of  our biggest Mall in the country owned by Yours truly, Lagunay Empire and also named after me lol. We headed to the entrance and as always, everyone is looking at me,  tssss i always got that attention so deadma lang ang lola nyo lol though i am not a celebrity, i still got that attention why? Simply because I am the son of most powerful person in the State so that's simply give an explanation. Yabang no hahaha Joke!! Bago pa kami manood ay kumain muna kami,  syempre tao lang din kami nagugutom. Nagfull course meal muna kami since mukhang di naman gutom yong pinsan ko lol ang bully ko talaga minsan hahaha So after lunch, we agreed to watch 7 first kisses since we are hooked on Korean Films and Dramas. As we we're heading our way, somebody catches my peripheral vision and it was the person who should I not meet,none other than Ashton Gabriel Lacsamana. F*ck I'm doomed. I know, magkikita't makikita kami. Pero bakit ngayon pa i caught off guard , i know I already move on but whenever i think of him why does it still hurts how much more if you see him personally. My heart beats faster. We are now establishing an eye to eye contact. None us blinked. I can see Lianne was shocked. She knew about us and even my family does. Before he could utter a word,  I ran without looking back.  All i know, i had to escaped from him. Yes, I am crying hardly and i am aware that a lot of people are staring at me but the hell i care all i need to do is run and run.
I reached the car and continued crying. Di ko nga alam na nakapasok na rin pala si Lianne sa kotse while she patted my back. She hugged me tight and i did too. I know I am longing for him so long but the pain is still there.

Flashback

I became the school representative for the National History Quiz Bee Competition held at Governor Aldwin Calihat Lagunay Memorial Stadium in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. If you noticed the surname, Yes He is my late grandfather who is one of the great governor of the province. It was built to commemorate his governance as the fastest growing province in the Philippines in his time. Aside from being a business oriented family, we are also politicians. So back to the reality, I am a fan of history and government not just Philippine History but also World History maybe due to my family's influence. Lol. It was attended by 81 provinces and I am the representative for Bohol,  a 3rd year student of Dimiao National High School. I pass the elimination round and proceeded to semi finals. My biggest rival was the Metro Manila and both of us surpass the semi finals.
From 81 students, we are down to  5 student's left namely Metro Manila, Davao del Sur, Cebu, Rizal and of course Bohol. The questions became tough and harder. The scores were announced as follows:
