Ahh, the start is probably the worst because when *he leaves you broken and alone and you don't know what to do! Well here's what you can do!

1. Listen to some love audios on YouTube, it's actually healthy to cry in the start because you lost someone you love and the love audios will give you some good memories that probably will make u smile :) It's easy to find them to just search: Free love audios and you pick the one you feel for

2. Hug your pillow/teddy it will makes you feel a little safer

3. Tell your friends, they probably do anything to cheer you up!

4. Get a pice of paper and a pen. Then I want you to write down all the good qualities of the loves one and then the bad i promise this helps

5. Okay now you probably never gonna do this at least now but doesn't it hurt a little too watch they're Snapchat stories and see they're Instagram and Facebook feed? Well say this with me: UNFOLLOW THEM. UNFRIEND THEM. So this is the hard part I know but it helps just push yourself to it, I promise this is a good tip!

6. So the classic I want you to buy/get some ice cream obviously YOUR favourite taste and then I want you to sit down and turn on Taylor swift!
