Taekook AU
Jungkook is a famous celebrity and randomly happens to see university student Taehyung's post, about wanting someone to anonymously text for a while.
What could possibly happen?
"Namjoon?" Jungkook asked, surprised to see him so quick. "I heard it all, don't worry. Oh and I saw what you did, on the stage with him," Namjoon spoke.
"Are you mad..?" Jungkook questioned, looking up at his manager with a scared look in his eye.
"No I'm not mad. I've never seen you try so hard, or do so well. You impressed everyone tonight. Myself included," Namjoon said, voice turning soft.
"So.. is it okay if I go out with Taehyung?" Jungkook asked, fidgeting with his fingers. "It's perfectly fine. But," Namjoon said, holding up a finger before he continued.
"Keep it under wraps for a bit. Until you both know it'll last more than a week or two. You don't need extra drama or stress right now."
"I understand. Can I still get coffee with him tomorrow though?" Jungkook thought, suddenly quite panicked.
"Relax, it's fine. Just wear a hat or sunglasses. Something. AND, you have to do something else for me," Namjoon told the younger. "Which would be..?"
Namjoon sighed and a smile crossed his face. "Bring Taehyung to all your concerts. If he was the reason you performed and acted the way you did, I want it to continue."
"I will. Thank you," Jungkook sighed in relief. "Plus, I haven't seen you so happy in such a long time. So I'm hoping your new music may start sending more positive messages to your fans," Namjoon added.
"He does make me happy," Jungkook said simply, smiling at the thoughts of the other boy.
"I'm glad. Now go home, get some sleep and take a couple days off. You deserve it."
"Thank you Namjoon. I'll call if I need anything or have any ideas for the future," he said, before crossing the space and entering his dressing room to collect his things and change before heading home to a peaceful evening.
He felt as if his life was finally turning around for him. That he could finally afford to be happy with someone.
