Because, TaeTae. I like you, a lot," Jungkook said, tossing his water bottle to the couch before taking Taehyung's hands and raising them up between them.
Taehyung's eyes started glossing over, squeezing Jungkook's hands.
"I really like you Taehyung," Jungkook repeated, locking their fingers together.

"I like you too," Taehyung said, smiling up at Jungkook, who was smiling back at him.
"Tae?" Jungkook asked, receiving a hum in response.
"Would you go out with me? Coffee, dinner, whatever you wish?" he asked, looking at the older with hopeful eyes.

"I will. But I don't like coffee. Would hot chocolate be okay?" Taehyung asked, his cheeks dusting pink.
"Of course," Jungkook replied, smiling happily.

"Alright this is official the best day of our lives Taehyung!" Yoongi exclaimed, stuffing his phone into his pocket after getting the whole thing on video.

"Who's we? I'm the one who's lucky," Taehyung countered, rolling his eyes at the older before looking back at Jungkook.

"That's not true. I'm the lucky one," Jungkook said softly, smiling as he saw Taehyung's cheeks turn red.
He let go of his hands and cupped the older's face, brushing his thumbs across Taehyung's darkened cheeks.
"Adorable," he said softly, only darkening them further.

They stood in a comfortable silence for ages, Yoongi being the only one uncomfortable. He kept shifting on his feet and looking around.

"Alright, I should probably go talk to my manger. He probably has some thoughts or comments about my performance," Jungkook said, finally breaking the silence.

"Awwe, okay," Taehyung pouted. Jungkook saw how he stuck his bottom lip out slightly as he did, and found it to be the cutest thing he'd ever saw.

"Coff- sorry, hot chocolate, tomorrow. Can I pick you up at 3pm?" Jungkook asked, grazing his thumb over Taehyung's bottom lip.

"Gladly," Taehyung said, now giddy and happy again.
"Alright good. I will see you then," Jungkook finished, but then added, "And Tae?"

"Yeah?" The other boy asked, meeting Jungkook's gaze.
"I am very happy to finally meet you. And to not have you screaming from who I am," Jungkook said, a smirk playing at the corner of his mouth.

"Oh don't worry, I'm screaming on the inside," Taehyung teased, making them both laugh as they started stepping backwards, away from each other.

"I'll see you tomorrow?" Jungkook asked.
"You can count on it," the older confirmed.
"I'll be counting down the seconds," the younger teased.

"As will I," Taehyung finished, giving him a small wave before he turned around to walk out with Yoongi.

Jungkook reciprocated his movements, waving before he turned to find Namjoon walking out from behind a curtain.
