Chapter Twenty-Two

Third Person's P.O.V.

Maria was about to hit Pan when Caroline stepped in front of him making Maria come to a sudden hault. "Caroline, move out of the way." She said through gritted teeth. "No." Caroline spat. "He's a monster. He must be killed." Maria said. Caroline shook her head with watery eyes. "That's what you think, but he's not! I just got my happy ending back and now you want to take it away from me again? What kind of sister are you?" "I'm the kind that want's to protect their little sister!" Maria yelled. "No, you are only protecting yourself, Peter Pan is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I lost him more then once and it's not going to happen again. So why don't you just leave! This is not your island." I said. "You're right. This isn't your island, it's ours." We heard someone say from above. I looked up and saw TinkerBell and Miles landing right in front of all of us. "What are you doing here?" We asked. "We came to join the fight. You see we thought Pan was dead and so we brought you to NeverLand. We simply wanted you to have owner ship of NeverLand so that we could then kill you and owner ship would be ours. You were an easy target to kill but it seems he isn't dead and now are mission is a lot harder but we will be successful. NeverLand will be ours and all of you will be dead. But since Pan is alive and we no longer have a reason to kill Caroline she will be my new wife. She would make a great wife for me." Miles said. "I thought you loved TinkerBell." Caroline said. "I do, but one wife isn't enough for me. Especially one with great power." Miles said smirking evilly. "You will never get Caroline." Pan said stepping in front of Caroline protectively. "Oh, but I will, and I'll have your precious island too." Miles said. "Threaten to take my island I don't care, but threaten to take or harm Caroline well you're just lucky to be standing right now. If you even DARE lay a single finger on her you will be 6 feet under." Pan said stepping closer to Miles. "Well let the games begin." Miles said with a smirk and Pan smirked back.

That night they all camped out back at Pan's camp trying to think of a plan. "I don't care about this island!" Pan said standing up frustrated. "You should! This island is your life. We need to save it." Caroline said. "I know but right now we have to make sure he doesn't touch you." "I'll be fine! We just need to find a way to get rid of Miles and Tink. I thought she was on our side but obviously not!" Caroline said shooting her arms up in frustration also. "Will you both please calm down. We will protect the island AND Caroline. It's easy to protect her considering you are glued to her side and the island is rightfully Pans again since he is alive, so it will be hard to kill him." Regina said. "True." Caroline said folding her arms thinking. "Look, I'm sorry about being so worried about Caroline's safety more then this stupid old island." Pan said walking into the forest. Caroline followed after him all the way to his tree, he sat down under the tree and Caroline sat down next to him laying her head on his shoulder. "Thank you." Caroline said, "For what?" He asked "Everything, you're always there when I need you the most and whenever I'm in danger I can always count on you to save me." Caroline said. He looked her in the eyes. "Of course I will be. Caroline I care about you more then this island which is why I don't care if he has it. I just want you to be safe and when I know you are safe I will deal with the island situation but right now I have to make sure him or Tink get a hold of you." Pan said, Caroline then leaned in and kissed him, this was their first kiss in a long time, she missed his kisses so much. They just laid there the rest of the night in each others embraces.

The next morning when they woke up they headed back to the camp to find everyone awake, "Morning love birds, how was your sleep?" Snow asked. "It's fine." I answered, "Okay, so now we just have to find a way to get them to come out so we can trap them." Emma said, "Yeah but then what do we do?" Regina asked, "I have no clue." Emma said crossing her arms. "Kill them?" Regina asked materializing a fireball. "No." Emma said pulling down Regina's hand. Regina rolled her eyes and groaned in fustration. "Well then what do you suggest we do miss sunshine and rainbows?" Regina asked in girly voice. Emma shrugged her off and they asked the Lost Boys for suggestion. "I agree with Regina, but maybe we should just see at first, we can kill Miles but I think Tink is only following him because of their 'Love' so we can just banish her and kill Miles." Adam suggested. "That is not a bad idea." Pan said, "I agree. Good job little boy, you actually made sense for once." Regina said patting his shoulder earning a 'Wtf?' from him.

"Now, the trap." Regina said, Caroline took a deep breath and stepped forward. "I'll be the bait." She said, Pan stepped forward and grabbed her shoulder. "Oh no you're not. I just got you back and I'm not taking the risk of losing you again." Pan said. "Peter, I'll be fine." She said, "No, I agree with Pan. Caroline you stay back. I will do this. I have a plan. Just please promise me that you and Pan will be happy together if anything is to go wrong. I'm sorry for everything I did, you and Pan belong with each other." Maria said. Caroline hugged Maria. "Thank you sis, I love you." Caroline said. Maria hugged her back, "I love you too." Maria walked away with everyone following close behind but hidden away. When they got far enough from camp her sister called out for Miles, Miles and Tink then appeared. "Hello there sister of Caroline. What do you want?" He asked, "I want on your side. I hate Peter Pan, I want him dead and I know his biggest weakness." Maria said smirking. Miles smirked "And what would that be?" He asked, "Games." She said, he looked at her stupidly, "Games? That's it?" He asked, she nodded and then Emma and Regina formed a cage around him and Tink that can only be broken by blood magic. They had fused their magic to create it. Maria smirked and everyone else walked out, "Next time don't trust someone that is blood related to one you threaten." Maria said smirking. "Oh, I'm so scared! You caught us!" Miles said sarcastically. Maria rolled her eyes. "TinkerBell, we hear by banish you to a place without magic hidden away where nobody can find you." Regina said snapping her fingers making TinkerBell disappear. Miles then smirked. "You don't scare me. I have magic to you now." Miles said. "But this can only be broken by blood magic." Regina said, "I'm Rumpelstiltskin's uncle. My magic is more powerful then you all combined." Then Miles broke out of the cage disappearing but this time he took a souvenir with him.... Caroline.
