Chapter Two: Plans For The Whole Day

Kakashi POV

     I woke up more earlier than usual and got up. I fixed my bed and went to the bathroom to take a shower. Naruto is silently sleeping in his crib. I have to get his toys and his milk ready. Sometimes he wakes up earlier than me.

I finished showering and went to my closet and changed quickly. I went to the kitchen. I grabbed Naruto's favourite bottle and washed it to get the dust off.

I grabbed his milk powder and put it in his bottle. I closed the lid and grabbed the heater. I turned on the stove. I put half water in to it and made it boil, for at least three of four minutes.

When that was boiling, I went to check up on Naruto. I slowly opened the door and saw that he was already standing. He can be a great ninja some day when he's that quiet. Maybe he's more quiet than Obito.

I went in and carried him. I closed the door and went to the dining room.

I placed little Naruto there and he looked at me confusingly. It was cute. "I'll just get your bottle. Wait here okay?" He nodded and grinned at me. I think he learned that from Obito. But I could be wrong.

I quickly went to the kitchen and turned off the stove. I put half of the boiling water in it, closed the lid, and start to shake it.

Once I was done shaking, I reopen the lid and put some warm water in it. So it isn't too hot for him. I walked to the kitchen. Naruto looked at me and his eyes widened. "M-mi-mil-milkie!" -naruto

"What do you say?" I stated to teach him polite and respectful words, than Obito's idiotic ones. He learns pretty fast too. "P-p-pl-ple-ase?" -naruto

"Okay. Here." I gave him the bottle and started to drink it. He can already hold a bottle. I guess Rin taught him that. I heard a knock on the door. I sighed and looked at Naruto. "Wait here okay. I'm going to get it." -me

"O-o-ok-ey!" -naruto

"Good." I said and walked towards the front door. I opened it to see a really sleepy Obito. I guess he's still not used to waking up early. Rin slapped the back of his head and went on 'defence mode'. I only sweat dropped.

I looked at Rin. "Why are you two here early in the morning? And it's not even sunrise." -me

"We're here to check on little Naru. I know sensei only assigned this special mission to you, but I wanna help too!" -rin

"Okay. He's in the dining room. Follow me." -me

"Why are you even awake this early Kakashi? Did little Naruto wake you up?" -obito

"Nope. But I always wake this early. And I'm used to it. And seeing that you're still sleepy, you're not used to waking up early." -me

"That's.........*yawn*......right." -obito

"Aw! You're just the cutest little thing!" -rin

"Rin. He's not a thing." Me

"Kakashi! You ruined the moment!" -rin

"Sorry. Hey Naruto. What do you want to do today?" -me

"P-pak. PAK!" -naruto

"Pak? What does that mean?" -obito

"He means park. Where else?" -me

"Hm-mm? Wah! I-ikiwa-waku-s! W-wamen! wamen!" -naruto

"Ichiraku's. Of course. He inherited Lady Kushina's ramen obsession. Where to next?" -me

"A-ant, W-Rin!" -Naruto

"Aw! You are more than welcome to visit me!" -rin

"Lastly?" -me

"H-hom! H-ha-haws! Haws!" -naruto

"Here. Okay. Sleep for a bit. Then we'll take you to where you want. Sound good?" He nodded and grinned. I sighed and carried him to his crib.

I gently placed him down while humming a lullaby. He slowly shuts his eyes and falls asleep. I quietly went towards my teammates. "Are you guys gonna sleep? I'm just gonna pack Naruto's food and stuff." -me

"Nah. It's okay." -obito

"It's okay Kakashi." -rin

"Rin. Uh. Do you know......um...how to cook baby food?" -me

"Let me guess, you don't know how to?" -rin

"Yeah. I only buy those little baby food inside of cans." -me

"Since I sometimes babysit, yes. Yes I do. Obito. Can you help me. Oh! And let's have a picnic in the park." -rin

"Sounds good. I'll just prepare Naruto's stuff." I said and they nodded. I went towards his playroom. It was actually an empty room before. Now. It's a playroom for Naruto. I grabbed him bag and went towards his mini closet first.

I grabbed two of his usual clothes. He's growing up so fast, that he doesn't even need a diaper. He only says it and we let him go to the bathroom. This is the stupid part. Obito actually taught him how tot pee. But seeing that he doesn't know how to keep his balance, he just says it.

I grabbed two of the little orange jacket. That has blue strip starting from his lower shoulders to his upper one. Two of his orange pants. I grabbed half of his toys.

Then I placed all of them in a bag. Once I was done, I went to Rin and Obito. I saw Obito rolling on the floor holding his head in pain. And Rin who is scolding him about something. I sighed again. "Guys. Naruto is sleeping
You don't want to wake him up. Trust me. You don't." -me

"Okay then. Next time, you should pay more attention Obito." -rin

"Sorry!" -obito

"Anyway. It's already sunrise. Here. Obito. You'll carry Naruto's stuff. Rin. You'll prepare our meal for the picnic. I'll wake up Naruto. Slowly." -me

"Alright!" -rin

"Sure." -obito

I nodded in satisfaction and went to Naruto's room. I saw him quietly sleeping in his crib. I went towards him, gently tapping his little tummy. "Naruto. We'll go out now. Wake up." -me

"Ka.....*yawn*.....k-kashi. W-wa-war?"  -naruto

"To the park you said earlier. Come on. Aunt Rin and Uncle Obito is waiting for us." -me

"O......*yawn*.......ey." -naruto

"Up you go!" I carried him. He was so cute. He was rubbing his eyes cutely while yawning. He then pointed at his favourite ninja dog plush I got him for Christmas. I only chuckled and grabbed it and gave it to him.

He was hugging it and was leaning on my shoulder while sucking his thumb. I only chuckled. He's really cute.

I went out his room. Shut the door and walked towards the others. "Kakashi! What took both of you so long?" -rin

"I was so distracted by Naruto's cuteness. That I forgot what time it is." -me

"K-ky-kyut!" -naruto

"Aw~!" -rin

"Anyway. Let's go to, hmm? How about Senju park? Sounds good...Naruto?" -me

"Sh-shen-chu pak!" -naruto

"I think that's his favourite park so far. Alright then team. Let's go." -me

"Right!" Obito/rin

"R-ray-yt! Rayt!" -Naruto

"You are so adorable!" -Rin

"T-ta-n-nk y-yu!" -naruto

"You're welcome!" -rin
