Leaving?!?!

Lori was laying in bed with her cousins, eyes wide open. She couldn't sleep. All she could think about was her family. She deeply missed them and she noticed her cousins not trying to at least look for a way back home. She could tell, they were enjoying it here. A dream come true for them, but not for her. As much as she loves her new friends, she wants to go home and if she needs to look for a way by herself, then she would.

She slowly and quietly got out of bed and made her way towards the dresser. She put on a black blouse with roses on it. A pair of sweats and her vans.

She took Juliane's journal and wrote a note. Explaining what she was going to do. She left the pen where she wrote and put it on the dresser for them to see.

She snuck out of the room and made her way downstairs. She got to the kitchen and grabbed an apple and some bread along with a flask filled with water.

She made her way towards the door, turning the handle, she looked back. Then went outside.

In the morning

Juliane woke up early. Something just didn't feel right. She slipped out of bed and noticed Lori wasn't there. At first she thought nothing of it until she saw her journal.

She walked towards the dresser and opened her journal. In one of the pages were the words "I'm finding a way back home. -Lori"

Her eyes widened and she panicked.
She ran downstairs and spotted Ban on the floor.

"Ban! Ban! Wake up!! Please?! It's Lori!" She shook Ban, trying to wake him up. Whatever kind of dream he was having caused him to accidentally punch Juliane in the face.

That's when he woke up and spotted Juliane. Her hands were covering your nose, blood getting everywhere.

"Oh shit! Juliane I am so sorry! It was an accident!" He panicked.

"It's okay Ban, I'm just gonna go and clean myself up."

"I'll go with you-"

"No! It's fine. Just wait here for me."
She left to the bathroom, hoping to find some tissue and using water to get rid of the stains. She checked her nose and was relieved to find that it wasn't broken.

She went back to the room where Ban is, tissue covering her nose.

"As I was trying to wake you up for something important before this...incident...I wanted to tell you that Lori isn't here. I don't want to worry my cousins so I wanted you to come with me to find her."

"She's gone? That's not good. Okay then, you should change and then we'll go."

Juliane nodded and went upstairs to change.

Few minutes later

Ban heard footsteps coming down the stairs. "Took you long enough."

Juliane was wearing a purple knee length skirt and her shirt that she was wearing when she first arrived in this world.

"Alright. I'm ready. Let's go."

They left the building and made their way into the woods. Hopefully they find Lori before something bad happens.

Lori was walking in the forest. She was trying to find the portal they came through. She thought she had at least a 25% chance of finding it.

She stopped a few times to take breaks but she knew for a fact that she didn't want to stay here anymore. Don't get her wrong, she does like it here and she does like hanging out with King but she wants to go home.

She misses her parents. Her family. So she continued walking.

A couple of hours pass, she hasn't found anything. Ready to give up, she makes her way back to the Boar Hat until she sees a light.
