I stared at the dolls glassy eyes. Some cracks were visible on her face. They ranged from big to small. Her pretty dress was in perfect condition though. I had named this doll years ago I had named her Lu. She was pretty and porcelain and always seemed to stare. No matter where I put the doll she always looked at me. It creeped me out.
I stopped the staring contest with the doll blinking before I decided to leave it alone. I sat on my bed on my computer and couldn't help to stare at it again. Her waist length black hair had faded to a beautiful scarlet and her porcelain tan skin always seemed to shine even with all the cracks. I stared at her brown eyes again before looking away. I needed to focus on my work not on a stupid doll.
I typed away on my computer before looking at the date "October 30th" I mumbled closing my computer. I stared at the wall noticing it started to glow. I looked up the wall looking for the place the glowing was coming from and noticed. Lu. It was Lu. Her eyes had started glowing a vibrant red and she was now standing up on my shelf. Although her eyes glowed brightly her cracks seemed to darken some smaller pieces of glass falling into the dolls skull making it look like it fell into an empty abyss.
Her dress seemed to darken as well as she started to taking a step if the shelf causing me to jump up worried she was going to fall. Just as I got under the shelf to catch her she started to float. My eyes opened in amazement before she started floating towards my bed and sat down. I went and sat in front of the doll and stared at her and the staring contest began again. I stared into the the dolls eyes as I wondered why her eyes were red. I blinked giving up but she continued to stare. Her eyes seemed to glow brighter the longer she stared at me but I seemed to be getting tired the more her eyes glowed.
I yawned quietly looking at the doll who was once again floating. "What are you doing Lu?" I mumbled tiredly as she looked like she was getting bigger. My eyes had to be playing tricks on my she couldn't of been getting bigger but she did. She stoped growing when she hit the size probably roughly around 4'11. "W-what the h-hell" I stuttered tiredly as Lu looked at me before saying "damn it feels good to walk around". My eyes widened.
