The accident

"Kagami-kun!!!" Kuroko screamed in horror as he watched his teammate fall of the bridge.

He reached out to grab his hand but he missed.

Tears were streaming down his face and he sprinted as fast as his legs could carry him to the end of the bridge and down to where Kagami had landed."Kagami-kun!" Kuroko spluttered.

He was starting to panic and he didn't know what to do. He called for an ambulance and they got there as quickly as they could.

A pool of blood had formed around Kagami's head as he lay on the floor. Kuroko was in shock. 'If only I had warned him!' Kuroko thought to himself. 'I would have saved him if I had pushed him out the way! I'm such an idiot and this is all my fault!'

He was sitting in the back of the ambulance by the side of Kagami and holding his hand. "K-k..ku-roko." Kagami was straining to speak. "Kagami!" Kuroko started crying again, but tears of relief more that sadness.
"We're taking you to the hospital. Everything will be ok! Y-you'll be able to play again soon I promise!" Kuroko was crying so much that the words started to become jumbled up and hard to understand.

"This is all my fault! Kagami I'm so sorry!" He lay his head on Kagami's chest holding onto his hand tightly. "K-kuroko" Kagami said, his voice sounding forced and dry. "K-kuroko, I-it's okay. I-I'm fine" Kuroko could tell that Kagami was forcing himself to speak. "I know." Kuroko answered, a weak smile apeating on his tear stained face.
