NICKY POV
When I wake up I see that I'm in bed alone so I go to the bathroom first, then I put on one of his shirts and my boxers and walk out of the room and go looking for Dave. Then I find him in the living room.
"Hey kitten" I go to him and sit next to him, he then picks me up and puts me on his lap "that's better, I love it when you're on my lap so I can hear your cute purr when I rub your back" I then lay my head on his shoulder with my tail wrapping around him.
"I'm hungry"
"Ok kitten" he then holds me while getting up and goes to the kitchen and puts me in a chair and goes to make me something "here you go kitten" he comes back with a sandwich and some chips and a glass of milk for me.
"Thank you, Dave" I start eating.
"Your welcome kitten" he then kisses my head and leaves me alone to eat.
After I was done I went back to him and sat back on his lap and he starts rubbing my back and I purr
All day we just relaxed and watched tv and cuddles and a kiss here and there. We went to the bedroom to go to bed when it was 11:45 pm.
DAVE POV
I was woken up when a loud thunder went off and that got me up and I see that my kitten not with me.
"Kitten" I get out of bed and go look for him, I then hear a whimper and it was coming from under our bed "Nicky" I look under and I see him shaking in fear. Then it hit me and I can't believe I forgot he's terrified of thunderstorms "come here kitten its ok" he comes to me slowly and then comes to me like I'm his cover or shield or something, but I don't mind "its ok kitten I'm here like I always am" I rub his back bring him back to bed and hold me tightly as we lie down in bed and watch tv to block out the noise.
The next morning the rain was gone and Nicky was back to normal cute and cuddly self.
