Cruise // Zach Herron fiction

Chapter 6

After you received that message you sat down on the bed watching the door like a hawk. When you finally heard them getting close you got excited as to what it could've been. They open the door and walk in one by one, all in a straight line. They stopped and moved side to side going in order from tallest to shortest. Jonah, corbyn, Daniel, Zach, jack. They had something behind their backs. First Jonah took his hand from behind his back revealing the maze runner books. Second corbyn took his hands from his back and pulled out the start bucks, he walked over to you and gave it to you. Third Daniel takes his hands from behind his back revealing flowers. Fourth zach takes his hands from his back revealing a bag of candy in his hand. And lastly jack took his hand from behind his back revealing pancakes and eggs. You thanked them all and hugged them, letting Zach's last a bit longer than the rest. You sat down and ate while watching adventure time, after you were done eating you told everyone to get into their bathing suits so you all went to your rooms and changed. You usually changed in the walk in closet and Daniel changed in the bathroom.

After everyone got changed you all met up at the pool, on the ship they had a few really cool water slides that you've been dying to go on. You decided to go down the water slides with tubes to be more extra, that didn't have any single person tubes so you guys had to pair up. You guys just paired up by rooms to make it easier, you and Daniel went down first. The water slide had lots of twists and turns, on one hard turn you fell out of the tube and went down on your back. When you got done with the slide you got scolded by the life guard telling you to stay in your tube next time or go down one by one, you just rolled your eyes and walked away. You and Daniel waited for the rest of the boys at the edge of the pool thing.

After everyone got out of the slide you went to one that went off of the ship. The waterline went down under the ocean too making it really cool. This slide was made out of glass so you could see the fish and animals under the water. The life guard said that right now was the best time to go down because there were dolphins in the water. You and Zach went down together this time because you bother we're eager to go down. When you got to the underwater part you were in awe, the dolphins swam together, you saw a turtle, and you saw tons of smaller fish. The water was so clear that you could see the entire ocean. Today was the day that you stopped at an island, you were so excited. You loved traveling and especially if you could do it with your new best friends. You've been FaceTimeing Melissa every night and while your in the shower and texting her through out the day. When you go to the end of the water slide you fell into a big pool with a tile dolphin on the side. The captain went on the intercom and said that in an hour we could be at one of the islands. Even though we were only gonna be at the island for about 10 hours but I'm still excited for it. I love traveling.

After all the water slides and pool time you guys went back to the room to get ready for the island. You all took showers and put on similar clothes on accident. You had on black ripped jeans, which everyone was wearing and a red t-shirt, everyone was wearing different color plain t-shirts. When you all walked out the rooms and met up to get food you all just laughed and made jokes about it all day. You ate at the restaurant that the ship has with free food, so why not. You ate a fish salad, the rest of the guys ate fish burgers or fish tacos. After everyone was done eating you guys were at the island, you grabbed your purse from your room and went to the island. It was beautiful, the fish, the water, the land, the people. Everything was just great. You went and walked around the island, going up to the little shops and using the Spanish you learned through your parents and school to talk to them. You were surprised when Daniel started speaking Spanish as well. All the guys looked surprised at you and Daniel but just followed you guys.

after hanging around the island and going to different shops you bought a necklace made from shells, an anklet with a shark tooth as the main charm, a cute black hat with the name of the island, and you and the guys all got matching bracelts with a shell as the main charm on it. you and the guys were talking about how you knew Spanish and how Dani knew Spanish. you knew Spanish from family and you took some classes in high school so far since you haven't graduated. Dani knew Spanish from school and some online app that he used. Zach was interested in your family, he wanted to know more so when you guys got back to the ship he went into your room to learn more. You told him that you we 75% Puerto Rican and 25% British. you guys were having a nice conversation when there was a loud boom in the room next door.
