Amy and the Life Boat Drill

Dear Diary,

Today I met this lovely girl called Amy. I met her in a peculiar place...

I met her by exploring the ships cargo. She was down there with this guy! I learnt he was called Liam Gormley!

They were together kissing! I hadn't seen this before but I knew they were strongly in love and that I should not disturb them.

Then Liam saw me and he and the girl stopped kissing and introduced themselves as Amy and Liam Gormley. I told them my name is Lara Veal. There jaws dropped. They couldn't believe it was me! I told them not to make a deal out of it so they didn't! Except Amy quickly told me she was a massive fan, of me! Liam got a bit awkward and left me and Amy to chat for a bit!

Amy told me that she and Liam had been together for a few years! She told me she was expecting a child anytime now, I looked at her tummy... it was enormous!

We were at the bottom of the ship so no one was there except us, so from now on this was our secret place. Then a member of staff came and escorted me up to the first class deck, saying there was a life boat drill, even though this ship is unsinkable, it's best to be on the safe side!

When I got there we were told where our lifebelts are and that the first class women and children got the lifeboats first and then women and children from the lower classes! I learnt there was enough life-boats for only half the members of the ship, but it's okay as the ship is unsinkable!

I am meeting up with Amy tommorrow in the cargo area. can't wait!
