"Are you ready darling?" Bruce asked as he held out his arm. I wrapped mine around it and said "of course". Wayne Enterprises was throwing a gala since it was celebrating a new big boss or something. He wanted me to go since I was going to become the Co-Ceo of Wayne Enterprises after the year starts. We walked in and I heard whispers that were about me. "See? They adore you" Bruce said jokingly as he lightly elbowed me. We went to a table and sat down. Soon a waiter walked up and asked if we wanted a drink. "Red wine,Pinot Noir, for the both of us please" he says and she jots it down and leaves. I try to say something but he buts in saying "trust me Lena". I laugh and I ask him. "So when I join the company, I had a idea that we could use and it would be a winn-winn(😂me evil). We ask Batman if he wants to work with us. Wayne Enterprises has perfect materials and minds for building a new, more high tech and safe suit". He smiles a stiff smile and replies "The bat is just another Vigilante who is too scared to reveal his face. Why would we wanna work with a coward?" He ask aggitated. "He has to have some reason. He protects us everyday" I say confused. "He does" Bruce mumbles as he gets up and walks away. The waiter comes back and sees just me with a sad andangry expression on my face. "Ill get you a bottle of something strong Ms. Luthor" she says as she walks away
