Tom's POV
Math wasn't so bad. Not as many stares but I still felt so uncomfortable. I tried hiding my cast but there is no way it can go unnoticed. I could still write so I could do the work.

I finished the book so I'll be able to do the book report. It won't take long if Eric said it was only a paragragh. Speaking of Eric....

I turn my head and look at him. I find myself looking at his perfect face. His perfect curls in his hair. His beautiful eyes. The way they sparkle. My eyes wander further and further down his-

"Take a picture. It'll last longer." Eric said looking at me,with a smirk.

I blush and look away.
"S-sorry." I stutter.

"It's fine. I think you checking me out is a compliment." He said winking and chuckling.

"When did you become such a flirt?"

"When did you start checking me out?" He asked. I didn't say anything.

"That's what I thought." He said and smiled in victory.

The bell rang and I groaned. Noo...

I hugged my cast and imagined all the stares and glares I'll be getting in History. The more nervous I got,the tighter my grip got on my cast. The bruises on my arms aren't helping. Can't they just disappear now?

"Let go. With a grip like that you'll break it in half." Eric said guiding my hand away from my cast.
"Do you not want people to see it?" He asked. I shook my head.

"Mm. Let's go I'll walk you to History." He said standing up and grabbing his backpack. I sigh and grab my backpack, following Eric. We walk though the halls, quietly. We reach my class and stop.

"Here is you suite mister." Eric said sarcastically, smiling.

"More like hell." I said looking at the room number squeezing my cast.
I hear Eric sigh, I look at him confused. He takes off his backpack and sweater, holding it toward me.

"Here. You keep hugging your cast or trying to hide it so I'm guessing you don't like people looking at it so wear my sweater." He said.

"Oh no I don't need it. I can deal with it." I said pushing it away.

"Bullshit. Here let me put it on." He said and pulls the sweater on me. It fit kinda baggy on me but it's easier to get the cast through so it's not so easily noticed. The warmth of the sweater fills my arms and chest.

"There see. You look adorable." He said and pulled the hood over my head, covering my eyes. He picked up his backpack and put it over his shoulder.

"Thanks. I'll give it back at PE." I said putting the hood back.

"After school. See ya." He waved and left.

The bell rings and I sit in my desk. I put my head down and ignore the talk. I take in Eric's scent. Smells nice.

"Hey Tommy. Guess who you got in trouble yesterday." One of Miles's friends said poking me.

"I'm guessing Miles." I say not looking at him.

"Correct! Where's the cast? Is it under your boyfriend's sweater. How's 'bout we borrow it." He said grabbing the hood.

I turn around and push him away.

"Get away you jerk! Miles got what he deserved!" I said making the whole class look at me.

He stands back up and grabs my hair, pulling it back.

"You think you're so strong now, huh? Just wait and see." He sneered and let go. The class snickered.

"Hey Tom a-are y-you ok?" A shy voice came from behind. I turn around and see a girl with a dark grey sweater, baggy dark blue pants and black converse. Her long dark brown hair in a ponytail. Her brown eyes filled with worry and concern.
