A Starless Night (Fairy Tail)

Prologue

It's been three months since Fairy Tail won the Grand Magic Game, and the guild was in it's regular attitude, happy and loud. But it became as quiet as the night when she opened the door and walked in. She wore a dark blue, short sleeve dress shirt, a black dress vest, a black pleated skirt, high kneed combat boots, and a singal dark blue dragon neckalce. Her hair, was as dark as the night, a scar crossed from the side of her eyebrow down the side of her nose, and her eyes were a deep gray. She walked to the bar counter right up to Mira. 

"Where can I find Master?" She asked quietly. 

"His at a meeting right now." She answered. 

"Alright. Tell him I stopped by for me?" She asked in the same tone and volume as her first question. 

"Okay." Mira gave her a small smile, but the girl's emostionless face did not change. She gave a small brute nod, turned and began to walk out. 

"Who do you think you are!" A pink haired boy shouted. 

"I am River." She said without turning around. 

"Look at someone when they are talking to you!" He said. She turned and looked the boy in the eyes. 

"Yes?" She asked. 

"Who do think you are?" He asked in a shout. 

"I told you, I am River." 

"Like you can just walk into our guild and demand for our master!" He said. 

"He is my master also," She said rolling up some of her sleeve to show a white fairy tail stamp. She turned once more and walked out. 

"Who is that?" Nastu asked the rest of his guild. The others that where stuck for seven years also looked  a bit confused. 

"Her name is River Hart. She was someone who joined the guild, even if at the time we were one of the lowest." Macao said. "She disapeard on a mission a month before you guys returned." 

"Disapeared?" Lucy asked. 

"Yes." Macao said. 

"Is that why, you guys got all quiet?" Gray asked. 

"And you didn;t asked her where she has been all this time?" Erza asked. 

"She's not one to open up." Bisca said. "It would be pointless to ask." 

"What is she like?" Lucy asked. 

"Very quiet, a closed book." Alzack said patting his daughter's head. 

"Why would she need master?" Nastu asked. 

"Well, she has been missing for some time." Erza said. 

"Seem like she would want to talk with someone." Levy said with an encoraging nod from Gajeel. 

"What magic does she use?" Happy asked. 

"Night Dragonslayer." Macao said. 

"Night?" Wendy asked. 

"Yes."
