• Chapter 2 •

3rd POV
The alarm clock set off a nerve-racking sound, beeping, and beeping until finally Bendy emerged from his covers and shut it off. He sat on the edge of his bed, pondering what to make for breakfast.

'Pancakes? Nah, we just had those Sunday.' His eyes closed. A familiar pounding sensation filled his head and went over his eyes. Another headache. His eyes shut even tighter.

With the pain becoming aggressive and powerful, he still stood up. Bendy opened his creaky door and sauntered down the hallway and down the stairs to the kitchen.
  
Bendy pulls out a stool for himself and stands on it. He wobbles on the stool, but holds onto the handle of the cabinet and regains balance.

"Jesus-!" He sighs with a pissed off face.

Bendy pulls out the things he needs and steps off of the stool, sliding it back into its resting place.

   The loud ringing of the class bell shot through Bendy's ears, making him sick to his stomach. He sat in his seat that he had chosen at the beginning of the year. It was by the window overlooking the courtyard. Naturally, he would've picked that seat so he could make sure his flowers looked healthy from every angle.
     While gazing out the large window, he decided to eavesdrop on his classmates' conversations.

"I know right?! He's totally right for me! He's just so soft-spoken and gentle~" the girl sighed.

"Honestly," her friend chimed in "you two would be adorable together!"
    'Gross.' Bendy thought
   He always imagined that getting caught up in the sickening state of 'love' would be too much of a handful for him. He never really was interested in anyone like that anyway.
  
"Ahhhhh~" the girls behind him sighed all together. A disgusted expression was imprinted on Bendy's face.

That's when he realized that the guy they were swooning over probably just walked in. Bendy looked around

'Hey..isn't that the guy that was smelling my flowers yesterday?' He questioned himself.
  
'How predictable. Girls swooning over the mysterious jock. Makes sense.' Bendy took a long look at his features. His hair was so fluffy that it would make a Pomeranians' fur look like shit. Once everyone was seated the teacher walked in, placing his books on top of his desk in a neat pile.
 
After about an hour of learning about the correct places to put semicolons, Bendy began to feel very dizzy. He couldn't concentrate. His heart stopped, he realized he never took his pills or vitamins this morning. He scrambled in his bag hoping that, somehow, he placed them in here.

'Are you kidding??' His disgusted look returned again. His hand raised into the air. He caught the teacher's eye,

"May I please use the bathroom?" He asked trying not to look worried.

"Of course." The teacher sighed going back to teaching the lesson.
  He got up to exit the class but instead fell down. Darkness covered his vision, and he hit the floor.
   He passed out.

   The whole class went silent. All stuck to their seats not knowing what to do. The teacher stopped staring and went over to him.

"Someone come help me!" He yelled, worried. "Quick!" Cuphead came to the teacher's side and helped the unconscious demon up. He held him up on his right shoulder.

"Take him to the nurse. Someone go with him." A raccoon student stood up

"I'll go with him." With a smile on his face, the raccoon and Cuphead generously took Bendy to the nurse's office.

"Ow.." Bendy sat up only to be pushed back down by the nurse. "No, no! You need to rest, sweetheart. You passed out and hit your head."
"Oh. Sorry" Bendy stayed down.

"So, do you have problems with going unconscious?" The nurse asked with a clipboard and pen in hand.

"Yes, ma'am. I have a condition called iron deficiency anemia."

"Do you take pills? Vitamins?" The nurse questioned tilting her head to the side.

"Both." Bendy responded quietly

"I'm assuming you hadn't taken either today, hm?" She continued to write down notes as they talked.

"Yes, ma'am." Bendy responded staring at the ceiling.

"So polite.." The nurse commented, walking towards the door that led to the office. "I'll be back in shortly, sweetheart. I'd like you to thank these two gentlemen for so kindly bringing you here." She said, opening the door letting two male students in.
One student was a raccoon, he had bright green eyes. He was a bit overweight. The other student was a cup-headed guy with a red bendy straw, ruby-red eyes, and a small red nose.

"Thank you, so much. I appreciate your help." Bendy said with a small smile.

"It's not a proble-" the cup-headed guy was cut off by the other one saying "Hey! Aren't you that kid that grows all the flowers around the school??"

"Uhm, yeah-" Then Bendy was cut off.

"Your flowers always look so healthy. I think they make the school look so beautiful!" The raccoon exclaimed.

"Thank you. I guess I just have a green thumb is all." Bendy said humbly.

"A green thumb?! You have more than that! You have talent! A gift, my friend!" He stopped bringing his finger up to his mouth. "Ah! I'm so sorry! I'm such a forgetful person. What's your name, friend?" He asked ever so excitedly.

"Oh, it's Bendy." He sat up.

"Amazing! That's what I thought it was, but I didn't wanna say that, be wrong and look like an idiot." His bright green eyes shut and he rubbed the back of his head.

Bendy's eyes fell over to Cuphead who had been so quiet. His right hand was in his pocket, and his other holding his phone.

"And you are.?" Bendy questions, swinging his feet back and forth.

The taller male's head perked up, "Cuphead." His hair fell over his left eye. He placed his phone in his pocket. "Sorry, I didn't really know when I was gonna be involved in the convo." He said jokingly with a smirk.

Cuphead and Bendy both look at the raccoon.

"Oh! So that just leaves my name a mystery huh? It's Asher."

"Sorry for fangirling over your flowers earlier..my mom really loves flowers." He blushed looking to the side with a smile.

Bendy smiles warmly "It's alright, I glad somebody is interested in them besides me."
