Christofer Pov:
It has been a few days since Kierra has gone missing, and things haven't been the same since. Nothing mattered to me but finding her. I haven't ate, drank or slept since she dissapeared. I promised her I wouldn't let anything happened to her, I can't ever forgive myself. I hope that monster of a woman named Lexi didn't hurt her, or else she will be the one who's life is in danger.
Thinking about all of this made me overwhelmed and I stood up and pushed the table back in distress. Taylor, hearing the noise, ran into the room with wide eyes to find me sitting on the floor crying.
"She's dead Taylor, I know it." I said to him. I couldn't fight the denial any longer.
"Chris, no she isn't. She is probably fine. She is a smart girl, she knows how to work Lexi. They used to be best friends." Taylor replied sympathetically.
I got up and ran out the front door to meet the police who were working on finding her.One of them jogged up to me.
"Christofer, we found something on Pioneer Lane in Indiana. Does this happen to be Kierra's bracelet?" I took the bracelet from his hand and tears filled my eyes. The braceltet was the NeverShoutNever official merch bracelet, and on the inside it read, Kierra Collins + Christofer Drew Ingle forever ♥ With a dark purple sharpie, in Kierra's perfect handwriting.
"Yes." I studdered out.
"Okay, we are going to need that for evidence." He replied, taking it from my hands.
I couldn't bear seeing that bracelet, it made me think of al the good times we had together. I am wasting presious time. I ran over to my car and quickly started it up.
"I'll find you baby, a promise is a promise and I won't let myself break it." I whispered to myself.
I started down the road, and past the small, old hotel that me and the band used to stay in when we were huge partiers. Memories. After an hour or so, I was on Pioneer Lane. I parked my car off to the side of the road, and searched all the woods along the road and farther until it was to dark to continue the search. I cursed under my breath. kmowing that I couldn't look for my darling anymore. I have to find her. Suddenly, I noticed a light in front of me. It was from a car. I jumped in my car, and followed it. Maybe they saw something. The car in front of me sped up as the people inside noticed me following them. I bliked my headlights on and off signaling for them to stop. Something fishy was going on here, I realized after they went even faster. I saw the shape of a skinny looking woman in the back, making a new generation peace sign. There's only one girl who I know who does that. Kierra. Kierra and her kidnapper are the two girls in the car in front of me.
