Personality:
Lady Luck is very mischievous and absolutely ADORES causing trouble. More often than not, she likes to screw people over just for the fun of it, and acts completely immature and childish. But when she's feeling kind or in a good mood, she can be very ladylike and polite, and will probably allow some people to have good luck for once, if she deems the situation fit to her liking. Along with that, she can be very flirtatious and seductive, but often acts as such to manipulate people.
Playful and greedy, this lady is all fun and games, but don't get on her bad side. Doing so will lead to bad luck until she forgets about you, she thinks you've had enough, you've died, or she forgives you, which is highly unlikely. She's been known to hold a grudge and relies on help from her good friend, Karma, to get back at whomever has wronged her. This leads to her wanting to stop at nothing to get revenge. This is also due to her obsessiveness personality.
Another thing to note is that she easily gets addicted to something if she likes it enough, including people. This is why, despite knowing he doesn't really like her the same way she likes him, she hasn't gotten over Karma, even after being rejected so many times. Certain things can almost be a drug to her.
Finally, she's extremely, and I mean, EXTREMELY competitive. She hates losing, abhors it, DESPISES it with a burning passion. She's a sore loser and tends to overreact when she doesn't win.
Likes:
-Gambling. This goes without saying, being Lady Luck. She loves anything luck based - card games, slot machines, roulette, and anything else that mostly relies on chance. This is presumably because she always wins, due to being able to manipulate fortune in her favor so she never has a chance of losing.
-Winning. If there's anything she loves more than gambling, it's winning. It always fills her with joy and gives her a rush whenever she comes out on top or wins. Winning is practically a drug to her; she's addicted to it.
-Games. Like with gambling, she loves playing games, but not just games of chance. She does like to play games that require some skill, but since she isn't skilled at much and mostly relies on luck to win, she often loses skill-based games.
-Money/Shopping. Since earning money is a result of gambling, she has a ton of it and often wastes it on her own pleasures. She loves buying new things, due to her greedy personality, and has a lot of stuff she forgot she even purchased at all.
-Horses, Cats, and Ladybugs: These animals are often associated with luck, so of course, she has a fondness to them. She's always wanted a white horse, but she owns a calico cat and has a ladybug collection. She treats these animals better than her own lackeys.
-The Color Green: Despite it being associated with envy, green really just reminds her of money and luck. It's her favorite color.
-Men: When she's not gambling or playing games, she can be found entertaining herself with whomever has caught her eye this time. Ironically, she still has an eye for Karma.
-Mafias: She knows how deadly and terrible they can be. But there's just something so alluring about them to her that she can't help but be attracted to them. She likes watching mob movies, her favorite being "The Godfather".
-The 1920's. She's loved this decade. The style of clothes, the music, the entertainment; it was all so jazzy and wonderful to her.
-Jazz/Swing/Electro Swing. They're her favorite music genres. They're just so catchy!
-Playing Pool. While it isn't a luck-based game, she mainly likes it because of the 8-balls, which are associated with luck.
-Fortune-Telling: Horoscopes, novelty items, palm reading, tarot cards--you name it. While she can't do fortune-telling herself (ironically), she adores having her fortune read and all of the things associated with it. She doesn't exactly have a birthday, so she'll read the horoscopes for every astronomical sign.
Dislikes:
-Losing. She's extremely competitive and sore loser, as state above. When she loses, she tends to throw tantrums since she's used to getting her way.
-Talented/Gifted People. She easily gets jealous of them because she knows that she isn't skilled at anything. She's tried to take up some hobbies, but she wasn't good at any of them.
Strengths:
-She's good at gambling, (obviously).
-She's confident.
-She's good with manipulation, flirtation, and seduction.
Weaknesses:
-She's a sore loser.
-She has an addictive personality and has a hard time letting things go.
-She holds grudges and focuses on the past too much.
Fears:
She's afraid of losing her job or someone taking her place. She adores her spot as Lady Luck.

-She can spawn her cane out of thin air. (Unfortunately, as much as she'd like it to be, it isn't a pimp cane with a hidden sword inside it).
