Chapter Three
"Kit, stop getting yourself in trouble."
I sat next to Camel in the secret computer lab (not so much as secret as more of having restricted access) and was trying to track Javon's movements.
"I didn't get into trouble," I retorted. "I made damn well and sure my ass was in the clear."
"I don't know how you're still even in this school, and we've only been here for two weeks," she sighed.
"Stop doubting me, or it's only gonna get worse," I reprimanded.
She sighed and changed the subject. "Any people on a hit list yet?"
"Only Midori, but save her for me," I said. "I'm going to ruin all relationships, friendships, connections, everything. Then, I'll slowly manipulate her school life and her personal life. Nothing happy will be left for her." I paused. "Then, you know, you can fake her suicide or something."
Camel laughed and scribbled something down. "You've got a guy running after you too, you know," she commented.
"Wait, really?" I asked. "This isn't a joke, right?"
She nodded. "Name's Xander, that kid in English. He's as insane for you as you can get," she snorted. "Not to mention the fact that he's chasing after you."
"Hey!" I sighed and shuddered.
