My parents tell me they are leaving to go to breakfast. About two hours after they leave, I find some paper and a pen. I write "Dear Mom and Dad. I have decided that I love Caylie and I can't live in a world with out her. I need her. She keeps me going with her jokes and her laugh and, herself. I miss her. I'm going to join her. I don't want you to think I did this because of you guys. I'm doing it for Caylie. Goodbye. I love you guys, Sincerely Mark"

I go into the family with a stool and some rope. I tie it to the fan and get on the stool underneath it. Crying, I put the rope around my neck. "I love you, Caylie." I say, in between sobs. I decide that this is where it ends. I kick the stool out from underneath. I can feel the rope squeezing my neck as it tightens. I can't see anymore because of my tears. I start to drift away, still crying. The last thing I see is my parents pulling into the driveway.
