have to have this deal at any cost. And it's time I take the reigns in my hand.

"Good morning, everyone. Hope you all are having a good day. We were supposed to work on Agra's project. Frankly I was not interested in making another 5 star hotel. I want to do something different. Something better than ever. And it will be a new experience for you all.

So after going through other options, your Gundalpet property in Karnataka caught my attention. If my sources aren't wrong, you are letting it waste for a while, even decided to sell it right? Don't do that. It has lot of potential. The fact where it lies just 5kms from Bandipur Wild life sanctuary makes it more appealing.

I have a plan, let us construct a resort there!."

Arham scoffed at me and said,

"Genius! Iliyana are you sure you are a qualified and not a quack!? If your sources haven't mentioned yet, there are many resorts what makes this one special? Or is it your name which will bring guests there!"

"If only you shut your mouth for few seconds and listen to my whole idea without giving your sarcastic remarks I can finish this meeting as soon as possible and get back to the heaps of work waiting on my desk. Don't interrupt till I finish speaking.

As I was telling, it would be good if we build a resort with Jungle theme. 20 luxury caves, beds which resembles stone slabs, it should give the feel of nature as well as comfort. A mixture of wild and modern. Something which screams luxury yet simple and beautiful.

Even the blankets and pillows will be of tiger print or leopard print. Uneven ceiling and surfaces. Which gives a tint of reality and at the same time doesn't scare the guests.

We can have gufa (cave themed restaurant) waiters with hunter uniforms, plates and pitchers with animal faces. Bon fires at night. In door and out door pools.

We can arrange for games, free Safari, visits to local areas, hot air balloon rides, free WiFi, free pick up and drop.

I was surprised when Arham replied,

"Ummmm. We can actually have hotsprings instead of plain bathrooms, we can offer a day free of kids to parents by constructing a mini amusement park, hiring nannies and babysitters. We can even arrange  one night camping for children. It will give the couple a day off. They can enjoy the whole day and night without worrying about kids."

"Ummm. That's a very good idea, we can offer free spa, massages, and fun activities to the parents. At night we can give a complimentary champagne , bouquet of roses and candle light dinner for them."
